Q:We just purchased this refrigerator and notice that when you open the right door, it opens the left door as well. The left side opens about an inch and then shuts. Is this normal?

I love my Bosch 500 Series French Door Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been 1 month since this fridge 500 Series got delivered, and I have nothing to say but, "I love, love this one!" It is perfect fit to my kitchen. I set it up via Home Connect to register. The ice and water dispenser has lock mode, also the smart bottle fill feature. Other features I like are eco, vacation mode in the menu button. It makes ice quick and has a reservoir inside if you want to store extra ice, and it is super quiet. To clean and wipe the exterior is a breeze, just soft cloth will make it look like it just got delivered. When my other stainless steel kitchen appliances needs replacement, now I know which brand to choose. Go with Bosch!

Best refrigerator ever!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 69 years old, I have used and purchased many different brands of refrigerators. This Bosch is the best one I have ever owned!! I drink lots of ice water and this one has no problem keeping up with my ice and cold water. It really is smudge-proof! I love that this is counter-depth because it makes my kitchen appear much larger than it really is. It is beautiful inside and outside. Shelves are easy to rearrange and clean. The door shelves are large enough to hold a gallon of milk and juice bottles. Love the drawer how fresh my produce stay.

4 months out 8 months of owning is not working
This product is over rated. I had the new unit delivered at the end of Jan. 4 months out of the 8 months I did not have a working fridge. Still waiting for the part to fix. The customer support is very poor to say the least. I should have paid attention to the poor reviews instead of trust the Bosch name.
