I am never without enough room for my bi-monthly shopping...this model was the perfect choice for my family needs! This gem holds everything perfectly & the freezer capacity is by far the best I have ever experienced! The exterior seals the deal with the non-smudge finish & fantastic color! Simply put... I LOVE MY BOSCH REFRIGERATOR! BOSCH IS THE BEST!

Am not disappointed so far with the looks and quality of this refrigerator. At st up it cooled down quickly and looks to have lots of storage space, along with nice trays and other features. Am looking forward to having bottom freezer drawers, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this refrigerator through my local appliance store after reviewing the online information and pictures. They did not have a floor model available. I had previously purchased a Bosch range and dishwasher and wanted my appliances to be consistent. The picture online showed a nice 'traditional' stainless steel color. The appliance, once delivered, was an unexpected very dark gray stainless steel color which I do not like and does not match the other appliances. Otherwise, I have only had this appliance for a day so unable to review anything but the color!

I also love the way the drawers are organized giving me maximum storage space for everything. On a side note, the delivery folks were fantastic and so very careful to place it it’s space. Very appreciative! Also have 3 other Bosch products in my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK for YEARS I have wanted a French Door refrigerator. I just finished having a complete kitchen remodel and did a lot of the grunt work myself. With the money saved I bought all gorgeous BOSCH appliances. Of all of them- the refrigerator/freezer is by far my favorite. With two doors- you can see everything and my refrigerator (inside and out)-I'm so inspired to cook! Thank you Bosch. Look how great it is in my new kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ with the new Bosch refrigerator, and I will just need to learn to adjust to the ‘cons’. Pros: I love the looks of the refrigerator. The simple straight cut lines look so much more professional than the refrigerators with curved handles, and computer screens, etc. The refrigerator is so quiet. My previous three refrigerators were side by side & I always found that the refrigerator shelves are too narrow when you want to put in a wide serving tray or a sheet cake. Having the wide French door refrigerator opening solved the problem. Cons: Interior shelving Overall they are ok, with the exception of the glass shelf above the two Crisper Drawers. There is no center support (between the two Crisper Drawers) for the shelf, therefore, when you place heavy items on that shelf (such as 3 half-gallon milk cartons, 4 bottles of kefir, leftovers stored in heavy glass containers and a stock pot full of broth), the shelf sags. Therefore, to solve this problem, I had to lower the 2 half shelves down and use them for heavy items. Which therefore, leaves me with a shallow shelf space above the Crisper Drawers. See attached pictures # 4356, 4357, and 4358. Door shelving Egg tray- Eggshells are porous, therefore, it is recommended that eggs are stored in an enclosed container. The two Bosch egg trays are not useful, as they do not fit in the flip top covered shelf. Therefore I have to use my own dozen egg container and put in on the interior shelf. See attached pictures # 4360 and 4359. Because of the limit in height of the interior adjustable shelves, I have to put all my tall items on the door shelves. However, I had to remove the flip top covered shelf in order for my tall items to fit. See attached picture #4362.

It has a high-end look without being ostentatious, as well as great functionality. The storage options are superior to other high-end brands we've previously owned. Would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three months later I’m still excited about this refrigerator. Little by little I’ve been replacing every appliance with Bosch (dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, refrigerator; next is the range). At any rate, this refrigerator is not only beautiful and high quality, but also super quiet and economical. The only think I don’t like is that the water filter is in a strange location (see photo), thus forcing me to only store certain things in that area due to space. Other than this, it is just the right product for us. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a lot of research and have found this fridge to be great after a couple months. It's good looking, very spacious and we haven't had one complaint.

I like this fridge and have no complaints except that EVERY TIME we change the water filter, the icemaker stops working. I have been unable to find any fix online for this model. It is exasperating. Last time I had scheduled a service call and then it just started making ice out of the blue. This time it's been about a week and no ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung refrigerator was a constant repair item. Decided to purchase a Bosch refrigerator. The quality is much better. Keeps items cold even when placed in the door. Ice maker with WiFi let's us know when bin is full. Only problem since purchase was water froze and would not dispense. All I had to do is decrease freezer temp to correct.

The Bosch technician was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Very pleased!

After one year in operation, our freezer has not worked for most of this time. Thank goodness for Xcel Homesmart coverage, because we purchased this complete Bosch kitchen set (cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator), way ahead of the completion of our kitchen and by the time we installed all, basic one year warranty had expired. We have had various motors, fans and circuit boards all replaced, yet the freezer continued to freeze up, with frost forming all around the back panel, making the fan rub, break and burn out computer controls. Ice maker has been replaced too! Fact is, at this date 9/16/2021, we have not had a freezer since mid-July. We cannot afford a whole new set, and other manufactuer's black stainless finishes do not match, at all... Even though Xcel is willing to consider this irreparable and honor their appliance replacement plan, there is not another model or manufacturer, that will fit or match. Brand new kitchen, after a full house, 10-year remodel and just plain stuck... Many tears... Fully and completely regret this purchase.

Feel the crisper drawers should pull out further. Hard to get to the stuff at the back. Doesn’t seem to be an easy way to change the position of the divider in the cheese/meat drawer. Only use 1/2 gallon milk containers so door space doesn’t quite work. Love the black stainless steel finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There isn't much to say about a fridge when it performs well -- it just gets out of your way. I've noticed that the temperature in this fridge is more consistent than lower-end fridges I've owned in the past. There aren't spots where food freezes, or where it's warmer -- and as a result, food stays fresher longer than in other fridges I've owned. There's similarly nothing to criticize in the freezer's performance or in the ice machine built into the freezer. That's it -- just a well-built appliance that does its job without any fuss.

sopring in the door divider got broken only after 3 year - very poor material quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a spill inside the refrigerator. The fluid leaked between the glass and the frame of the glass bottom shelf. There was no other way to clean that without removing the glass which was very difficult to do; we have to force the glass out and afterwards we have never been able to put the glass in straight and, as a result, the two bottom drawers conectted to the frame of the bottom shelf do not work properly because the frame isnt straight. There should have been a way to clean this and put it back together so it would function. Also the ice maker makes loud sqeaky sounds and sometimes it won't make ice at all. These types of problems shouldn't happen in a refrigerator in less than 2 years. Lastly, this series didn't come with a water dispenser. So disappointed. I would not recommend a Bosch refrigerator to my freinds or family.

Plenty of storage space for a family of 6 and very attractive appearance. I would highly recommend this fridge!

I wanted a refrigerator which did not have a through the door water dispenser nor an ice dispenser. It does have a very efficient ice maker in the freezer section which is good. It has a reasonable size in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The materials and finish work are excellent. The only noise is the occasional ice cube being deposited into the ice storage compartment, otherwise extremely quiet. The front of the refrigerator is very resistant to fingerprints. I have had the refrigerator for five weeks and so far am very pleased and have had no problems.

Our B21CT0SNB/01 lasted 13 months. If I could, I would give it a zero. Bought Bosch because we have had such good success with their dishwasher. We won't make tha mistake again. Bosch technicians have been out three times to fix it. The ice maker quit within a couple of weeks. The line frooze. It worked for a short time. The line frooze and water leeked out the connection on the back of the fridge. Fixed it again. Not working again. The different temperatures in sections and the inability of getting a working ice maker indicates major engineering flaws in this model. Avoid this refrigerator.
