[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge/freezer is really beautiful. Elegant and clean, with no Bosch logo (best part). Unfortunatley we had to replace with a ne unit (same model). The first one's compressor for the freezer dieid in the first 3 weeks, and could not be repaired. Bosch offered a full refund (buy back), and their customer support was very good. The process took a bit longer than hoped for, but I now have anew unit and I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fridge!! I never realized that just having the right fridge would help maintain the freshness of food. I purchased strawberries and they ended up at the bottom of the drawer until I remembered they were there two weeks later. I would have expected them to be rotten at that point, but they were just as sweet and fresh as they day I bought them. This goes for all of our fresh veggies and fruits! I love that I am not throwing away produce like I used to. It all gets eaten because it stays in perfect condition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer drawer is large. In the fridge compartment it is easy to see everything, so nothing gets shoved to the back & turns in to forgotten science projects. Very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator for two months now and everything that compelled me to purchase it is still very compelling. Quiet, great looks, space (plenty of room in the fridge and on the doors) open door alarms. The freezer as well has an abundance of room with a sliding shelf. The ice maker spits out solid balls about the size of a large marble (maybe a bit bigger). All in all this is a great product with many usable features.

Our LG counter depth was nothing but problems- died after a year- rebuilt with new compressor, condensor and evaporator- lasted another 2 years. Bosch name and reputation convinced us to pay a bit more and we are very happy. Lets see how it does down the road. Then I will give 5 stars... Modern refrigerators dont seem to last like the old days..

We have had a terrible experience with this refrigerator and with Bosch customer service. This fridge is freezing the food in the refrigerator section. Had service out 5 times, they replaced every part over a span of nine months, meanwhile we couldnt use the fridge. They finally replaced with another fridge same model and guess what, it also freezes our food! Now we are a year and a half into this and still dont have a working fridge. Bosch refuses to credit back for the cost of the fridge. They insist on continuing to try to fix it to no avail. The last repair guy said he thought it was defective control boards they were getting from a new oversees manufacturer. Whatever it is, it is beyond rediculous to make a customer wait and wait and wait for a year and a half while they figure it out. We have literally lost hundreds of dollars of food and countless hours waiting for repair appointments. We have a case number they gave us for getting a credit back on the firdge but they dont return calls or emails and when you do finally get to speak with someone they say they have to ask "upper management" then you never get a call back. Their servive is awful. Meanwhile we are keeping our food in the garage fridge, a simple old GE that we've had for 20 years and does not freeze our food. Would never purchase anything Bosch ever again, worst appliance purchase.

Love my Bosch French door refrigerator. Love the clean line, no logo on exterior, quite & love water dispenser on inside of refrigerator.

We paid a small fortune for this refrigerator. All of the handles were missing the set screws + devise to put them on the doors. Problem isn't resolved. Poor quality control.

Love the counter depth style because nothing gets lost and it is easy to clean. The ice maker produces a lot of ice and are the ice is a great size. The only drawback is I haven't been able to get the ice maker to stop without manually pushing the button. If I don't stop it from making ice it spills out when you open the door

This is my first Bosch refridgerator and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this one to all.

I loved the simplicity of this refridgerator and the look of the industrial handles. Big plus was that it didn't have a water filter on the outside (never been a fan and never used them) nor a separate middle drawer that just takes up space but loses overall storage capacity. So far it's been great!

I purchased this refrigerator a month ago and it has not produced more that 15 ice cubes in a 24 hour period. I called Bosch and they said they would pay for the labor and parts needed to fix the problem. I'm waiting on a part and I'm hoping this will work.

Fresher fruits and veggies, more ice than a glacier, better access then a freeway on ramp. Although we lost 3 cu. ft. of space, the Bosch seems bigger with better access/vision of what's inside. Hope reliability is also a top priority with Bosch!

With two compressors, this refrigerator keeps everything cool. I even like this one better compared to the Thermador, which is the parent company.

The refrigerator is well built, ultra quite, and keeps the temperature well. I am impresses with the high quality and the warranty. I would definitely purchase Bosch products in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge. It feels small, but it's counter depth so that can't be helped. It came with way too much many shelves, some very small ones too, we took several out. The biggest issue is the doors. They have to be intentionally closed all the way. You can't swing it shut as you walk away, they don't seal. They would rather hang open. This is a serious design flaw. It does beep to remind you that the doors are open. This happens multiple times daily with kids and some adults who struggle to close the fridge all the way. Also-the plastic liner is so hard to get off. Bits of plastic are stuck inside around shelves and outside around the handles.
