Didn’t come with the cover plate when it was supposed to and the dial is on backwards. I ordered ...
Didn’t come with the cover plate when it was supposed to and the dial is on backwards. I ordered another one and it never came when I called Home Depot.com about it they couldn’t help me a few days later they just cancelled my order and refunded my money with a store credit.

Great, however lowering it too much can shut the exhaust...
Great, however lowering it too much can shut the exhaust fan door and make it blow air into the house. It also causes the fan to hum a little.

Only opens damper on fan at highest setting...any setting lower...
Only opens damper on fan at highest setting...any setting lower than highest setting, the damper doesn't open, and the fan actually blows air into the room...complete disappointment.
