This dresser was easy to assemble, it was confusing at first but it turn out really nice.

the overall product is cheaply made and poor designing. Drawers are uneven and part of the dresser wood is coming apart.

This product is complete garbage. My grandson spent two hours putting it together only to discover the drawer tracks were defective and the drawers would not go in. In addition the finish is so matte that white scratches appear whenever you touch it.

I ordered this dresser and assembled it and realized its much smaller than described. The dimensions are incorrect and the drawers are cheap, small, and don't function very well as well as one of the handles broke off after installing.

Assembly was easy and quick. Quality is poor. There are filthy hand prints on many pieces, the drawers were difficult to open and close, there were numerous blemishes. And spaces around frame. Customer service is great however and waiting resolution.

It is missing 1 major piece! I will have nothing good to say about this item until it is 100% Functional.

Beautiful piece but the drawers are a bit smaller than expected. But thé look is really wonderful.

Quite simple to assemble, solid quality and construction for the price. Great for our baby's room.

The screws meant to attach the drawer handles were unfortunately too short. I will be contacting to request replacement screws to complete assembly.

Item is extremely heavy. Drawers open only halfway. Hard to utilize the whole drawer space. Assembly was not very easy and some drawer parts were broken/defective. I'd probably return but as I stated - item is very heavy and it would be more trouble than worth. It will suffice for my teenage son for now.

I could not even finish assembling the dresser because the screws meant to attach the drawer handles were too short. I need replacement/proper screws to complete assembly.

Order came in different times, did not get last box until two weeks after the first pickup. The dresser is nice overall, pretty easy to assemble.

I bought both the Brookside Emery 6-drawer dresser and the nightstand. The nightstand is perfect with no issues. The dresser, on the otherhand, has problems all over the place. I did find the dresser easy to assemble, and it seemed to be well made at first - certainly better quality than the dresser I was replacing! Despite very good packaging, part of the frame was not connected where it should have been, and I had to glue & screw it together. On the left side of the dresser, the drawer rails were just slightly too far apart to hold the drawers in. I ended up unscrewing the drawer rails on one side and adding washers behind the screws to bump them out and narrow that space a little. There are several spots on the dresser where the factory had obviously tried to touch some dings up, but used the wrong shade of paint! Even following the directions, the drawers are hard to remove and several more chips to the paint were caused in pursuit of fixing the drawers. (My fault, I know, but it shouldn't be so easy to chip the paint.) The drawers are not aligned well to each other or the frame, and there are different size gaps between top/bottom/sides on each drawer. Some have really narrow spaces, some wide, and some crooked (although the drawers are sat properly in the rails, so either the drawer front is not straight or the rails were installed crooked at the factory. That, more than anything else, makes this piece look cheap. And it's not cheap! After taxes, I paid over $400 for this dresser - I expect better. I'd return it if that was a feasible option but it isn't for me right now.

The dresser I received was of very poor quality. There were Missing pieces, all 6 drawers were stuck upon first opening/closing. Don’t waste your money.

This furniture was very easy to put together. I did it alone without any help and everything fit perfectly! Not only was it easy to put together, the dresser itself was so beautiful! Modern and perfect.

Very nice. I really like the color and hardware. It was easy to assemble that my 12 year old did most of the work (he actually liked building it because he’s helped put furniture together in the past and this has been the easiest so far).

Missing pieces, marks on the face of the drawers that won’t come off. For the price it’s pretty flimsy. The drawers are pretty difficult to put in. I’m disappointed, I was so excited for the dresser.

I am writing a review to update my experience with the company. The product I received was defective. The customer service department went to great length to help solve the issue in a very timely manner. This is the kind of customer service you want to deal with. I am satisfy with my product which looks great in my bedroom.

Aesthetically it is sleek and modern, and weighed a ton so that's a pro for some people. Assembling took about a few hours with two people. The worst part are the knobs which looked cheaper in person and don't actually line up exactly with the holes on the drawers so we had to resort to using a hammer to make them line up where it needs to go. Functionally the drawers don't pull out that far so it hinders the size of things you can actually store in these drawers. They also don't sit exactly flush with the front (if you look at it very carefully) and you have to sort of "slam" it for the drawer to go back in. It is not a dealbreaker but can be somewhat annoying. Overall I'd get this on sale but not at the full price.

i went to go pick it up at the store and it looked like the box went through a tornado i couldn’t even take it home with how horrible the box looked all the parts were inside the box .
