Great product to work with and assembly is straight forward. The mahogany is an attractive wood flooring with its mid brown tone and natural looking wood grain. The floors look amazing. The flooring was climatized for several days before install and after a month no issues. I've had Bruce Santos Mohogany engineered hardwood flooring in properties in the past and had no issues with the wood over time. Like any flooring it can scratch, but it is hard and not easily scratched like bamboo. Very dent resistant. I would expect the same here and so far no marks under daily use with kids. It is a more expensive product so best to wait for a sale to get the high quality flooring at a great price. When I placed the order, some of the boxes arrived at the store with small damage. HD contacted me directly and offered a small discount for the inconvenience...replacement boxes arrived in good time....great customer service!

They are actually made by Armstrong. A little darker look than the picture, come in like 5 different lengths. Look really nice and pretty easy to install. Bought Robert glue from Home Depot and use the 1/4" V trowel.

This floor was very easy to install and it really came out great. It is too early to tell about the quality but my other Bruce floors are holding up well
