The description said the boards would be builder grade and squared. When the boards came they had a visible warp/deflection of about 1" or more. I thought I found a section that was usable, but after cutting and trying to use, it was unusable. Honestly, I would like new boards.

Product is exactly what I wanted and good quality , flat, straight and true dimensions.

Straight grain, no knots, easy to work with....

Good wood. A littler cupping but the wood is a little over sized on thickness, so a few passes through the drum sander were required to flatten it. the wood is nice and clear.

Used this 1x3 in conjunction with the 1x6 for my home project. It was also well packaged and was of excellent quality.

A good quality maple board arriving in excellent condition.

Three of the four boards were excellent. One was curved and had to be routed to make straight edges.

S4S should be all 4 sides finished. What i received was of poor quality with chunks missing and not not finished on all sides. Will not order again.

I've ordered these boards (and 1 in x 2 in maple boards) several times over the past 2 years to build cabinet face frames and cabinet door rails/stiles (all supplied by Orepac). The quality of my past few orders have been sub-par in my opinion as most boards had shallow ripples on the surface, requiring more sanding than I think should be needed given the cost of these boards. One board had a notch out of the end...what's up with that? I plan to check out local mills before I order any more.

The maple boards shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. I was concerned about ordering this material sight unseen but I was not disappointed. The boards were straight and true with no flaws that needed to be cut around. And the price was reasonable.

edge damage on some boards , face not plained smooth .

Half of the boards were warped and bowed.

One board was good the second board was very curved and difficult to salvage. Would not purchase again.

It's a board. It was fairly straight and did the job admirably.

I've bought from this supplier before and all material was excellent, but this time it good and that was the second one sent to me!
