Had our bathroom renovated September 2023. Ordered this door for the entrance. Packaged well with no issues. Installed by our contractor. We have noticed over last few months that cracks have been developing all over the door. Large and small, where the wood is splintering. Very upset with how poorly this is holding up

Door is cracked alreaady. Improperly dried wood probably. Do not buy. Roughly 7 months since install

The door is not flat and is bowed, probably due to bad storage or moisture control. Because of this, it is rubbing against the floor guide rail. This was over 700$ so it is unreasonable to be bowed. Design is great though.

Door hung properly on interior home. No abuse to door. Started cracking immediately along seams. Very expensive door but poorly made. This is our second try on this door. It is an waste of 800.00

I’m so sad - we ordered three of these doors and so far put up only one because from the first month it has been cracking. There are now several large and smaller cracks all over the door. It looks terrible. I’m so upset about this.

Door is beautiful and solid wood BUT a crack (per the instructions) that’s meant to be in the door to help it easily slide and not sway front/back was not added. We had to improvise so worked out ok!

Description stated ready to paint. That wasn’t true. It’s not a solid core door, it doesn’t weigh a 100lbs, I was able to pick it up by myself and put it on saw horses. I had to sand both sides of it, and use wood filler on some dents and very rough patches. Then sand it again before I could paint it. The little grey piece that the door slides on or through was plastic, and there was no grooves on the top or bottom of the door. I guess I was supposed to break out a router and make it myself. I bought a stainless steel glide instead. You would think that with the cost of this door that it would have been pre-routed and it would have had a stainless steel door slide. The door hardware rail is top notch, and now that the door is painted and hung, I am happy with it. Just a bit pricey for a door that needed work. I love it, but wouldn’t buy another one.
