Looked great and appeared to be good quality but chose to go with a different brand. Cali vinyl looked a little too rustic for the style we were going for.

We bought Cali LVP 100% waterproof flooring for our home because we really liked the appearance of it compared to everything else we saw at our local store. Since we were putting flooring in the majority of our house including the kitchen and bathroom we also liked the waterproof aspect. Another selling feature for us was the claim it would go over any "level" subfloor without the need for a layer of underlayment. Well - let me just say that last claim should go OUT the window. We're about 60% of the way through our installation and I have NEVER heard my partner cuss as much as I have with the installation of this stuff. It DOES NOT click together well. The flanges are brittle and break. And it's inflexible compared to other plank flooring on the market which causes a problem if there's the most minute low or high spot in the floor. We are actually adding adhesive under the planks to keep them in place in addition to nails in some spots. Anyway, do yourself a favor - buy underlayment and prepare to be frustrated if you buy this flooring. We're going to get it finished, and it will be really lovely, but I won't recommend this flooring to ANYONE. EVER. I am seriously disappointed.

The product is pretty good. Some brittle joints. I'd prefer if these snapped together a little more securely. They scuff somewhat easily, so you need to be careful when using the pull bar.

The Cali Vinyl Pro with Mute Step flooring in Classic Acacia that we recently had installed is beautiful! It has a hand scraped look and feel to it. The color varies on each plank from a golden blond to a dark chocolate, giving the overall effect of a medium tone brown. The wood pattern includes some knots, and it looks very natural. It is also easy to keep clean, and the waterproof feature makes it worry free.

This product is top of the line beautiful. It exceeded my expectations; it looks and feels like the Brazilian walnut I put in my upstairs and I paid a lot more money for it. Had I known about this product 11 years ago, I would have put it in my whole house. I have recommended to friends and family looking for hardwood. Customer service is unparalleled.

We purchased this flooring for our upstairs renovation but as we began assembly we quickly found the interlocking edges to be brittle and easily broken. As more broken, unusable planks accumulated, we decided to ditch the product and return it. A waste!

We used the LVP to replace tile in the master bath. Looks great and the built in backing works better than a separate underlay. Hoping it will be warmer in winter

Did a ton of research on this product. The locking mechanism literal broke when handling & installing. Couldn't install & had to return over 1500 sq. ft.. Very disappointed. Horrible product!!!

Product was purchased for home use. It is beautiful. Went together fairly easily for modestly skillful DIY clients. Surface will be long wearing. Tough and durable finish. So why only 2 stars? Even when small spills of water or beverages were quickly blotted up, the surface at the spill site appeared kind of streaked/dull. The floor required frequent vigorous mopping and drying. It showed every crumb, shoe dust, or vegetable bit that fell to the floor. But the #1 reason I gave the product only 2 stars: I tried unsuccessfully with this mid-priced product (about $5/sq ft) to get a definitive answer about the durability of the product when multiple users in household use either a motorized wheelchair, rollator, manual wheelchair or wheeled office chair. The response was that it was commercial rated for many years use and "should" be fine. Do not be fooled, while a very nice floor, this click lock plank is not suitable as a floor for large motorized wheelchair use (torque issues), nor for other wheeled uses, especially for heavier people. Within a few weeks, half a dozen sections of the long 48" parallel seams puckered, and some broke where seams click, to lock together. A short edge seam actually pried apart to 3/4" in one place. On another plank, a corner popped up allowing a regular tennis shoe to catch it and peel away a 1/2" piece. After that, the big soft tires on the motorized wheelchair kept "snagging". This floating, click plank product is probably lovely when used in the correct application but it should not be sold for floors where heavier wheel chair use is anticipated. Perhaps if the floor was glue down type and not floating click plank, it would have been durable for a motorized wheelchair and other wheeled chairs. With less than two months use; we are having the floor removed and replaced with Forbo, glued down, sheet marmoleum (extra green rated) to protect the environment.

Overall, we are very happy with the flooring. Its been in a couple weeks with no issues. Install was normal for any LVP flooring. Only complaint is cost seems to be on high side. We were doing a small area, so figured we would give it a go.

Very pleased with this product. Easy installation and good looking when finished. Reduction of noise also noticed with the mute step backing.

I bought a box as a sample to see how it's look in our house. The planks seem quite sturdy and thick and the click lock secure. There were a few planks that had some chips or cracks in the click lock edge, but nothing that went all the way to the wood grain surface. The wood grain patterns look great. The top surface has a matte/satin finish. It's not glossy like our old wood laminate floors, so they should be able to hide foot prints a lot better. I'm very excited to put this throughout our house. The trick, it seems, is going to be getting Home Depot to install it. Since it doesn't have a store SKU#, they're having trouble quoting it. They're telling me I've got to buy the material myself, then have them come install it. Not every streamlined, if you ask me, especially since it's a product they sell online. It would be nice if Home Depot was more flexible in their installation services and could easily set up installation of any flooring they sold on their site. I'd deduct a star, just for Home Depot, but I won't since this is about the Cali Vinyl product.
