After one year, the planks started showing early signs of wear, with broken tongues, grooves, and visible lifting, creating not just an eyesore but a safety hazard. Their solution? A quick visit from an inspector they paid for, who barely inspected anything and blamed the underlayment thickness. Considering the issues are only in high-traffic areas, their explanation doesn't hold up. This felt like a clear attempt to sidestep responsibility. Spare planks also crumble easily.

I read the reviews that indicated the boards were of high quality and had a great look. These boards went together easily because the interlocking mechanism was minimal and after a few weeks began to loosen. The expansion made them buckle on the short end and in a closet, they separated. We had furniture on the boards, duh, but it was heavy furniture which they don’t recommend. The sheen resembles plastic vinyl squares from the 70’s.

I have been having a problem since my son installed vinyl pro in a walkout basement over concrete. it started to crack and lift right away. Cali sent an inspector and you know what happened they didnt approve my claim. This has been unreal as floor was laid down by my son who owns his own flooring insulation company and been doing this for 25 years. He also installed for years for Home Depot. let me ask you do you think he would not do a perfect install on his own home? 44 bbb complaints

Carpeting gone! New Cali vinyl plank flooring! End result of our installation looks absolutely wonderful. Our installer did have some difficulty in getting some of the ends to "click" together properly. They found that using some liquid hand soap on both the long and short edges would help with getting each plank to click / slide into place properly. The only downside to our new floors is that our older dog is having trouble getting up, from laying down, on these "slippery" floors. We bought some doggy socks with gripper pads on them and those really help, especially on the stairs.

Floors are Quiet. Look Excellent. I looked all over for a flooring that is light with a brown or beige undertone versus grey. Exactly what I wanted. Floors were professionally installed by our contractor, 2 people, with minimal tools and <6 hours for our 300 square foot room. We just moved our office this week so I'm not sure of the durability.

Look at the reviews BEFORE YOU BUY THIS. It comes apart at the seams after you've installed it. The click-lock system doesn't lock. I regret buying this. I wrote to customer support with pics. No response. Ignore the warranty. They do.

Great product, does'nt seem to chip and break as easy as the lifeproof from HD. Only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because of the price. For a buck more a sq ft you can put in nice hardwood... I would recommend this flooring when its on sale.

Very pretty, installed in my kitchen…

I recommend getting a sample before purchasing. It was an expensive mistake for us. At least for redefined pine, what I thought were variations in the planks was actually printed on within a single plank. This complicates install and notably results in printed edges that are fake, look fake, feel fake. The embossed texture is too subtle and out of sync with image. On close inspection the planks just look like a photo. The $2 planks from home decorators I put in my bathroom two years ago looks more realistic. I think for some applications

This flooring is absolutely gorgeous! I could not be happier! My husband and I are installing it together, and it’s pretty easy. We are installing throughout the entire house, except bathrooms. I wasn’t 100 percent certain when I ordered it, but I am thrilled with it. Everyone that has come into our house loves it, too. Highly recommend! The phot isn’t that great — the flooring is much more impressive in person.

This is the worst flooring I have ever had. Immediately started scratching, immediately started sliding and not staying in place. Flaking and chipping with a few months. We do not wear shoes in the house. He do not move furniture across floor. Save your money and get a better product.

This flooring is one of the worst I've ever installed and I have installed for 30 years. It will look like a washboard Road after a couple years. The butt ends will come apart and I know there are lawsuits about their specs or not right on the product. Stay away from this product.

We love our new floor. Went together well and was easy to work with once we got our system going. Was the look we wanted and the quality we expected.

Click and lock (or whatever Cali calls it) is very difficult to install properly. We have something like 10' of broken off small ~1/8" square plastic fragments that have broken off, apparently when we walked on pieces that did not click and lock properly. They are so thin it's hard to believe they were expected to last instillation. There are dark parts of the Acacia pattern that did not show up in the samples. By and large, we are somewhat satisfied. .

Great quality & price. Many compliments received. Easy install although completed by a professional installer. Delivery was as expected.
