I just finished installing this 10x20 patio and we are very happy with it. The hardest part of the installation was the header because I had to drill into stucco and of course make sure it was leveled. Like everyone else I did some research and this patio received very good reviews here and on other sites. For the price it is definitely worth it. The only complaint i had and others was the no gutters which I made myself using PVC.

I was looking for a modern look and a clear roof. I had 3 different bids and nobody could give me what I was looking for. This is absolutely perfect. It wasn’t difficult to install just time consuming.

We have purchased 10*34. It took 3 of us about 8h to install it. The quality is great. It looks better then I could imagine.

Palram Feria 10 ft. x 24 ft. White Patio Cover Awning When we decided to replace our stick built porch, we were looking for a kit that provided more head room, allowed light to pass through, versatile assembly due to our low install height and location of posts...Palram kits were a home run. --We have a deck off our patio and 2' extended eaves from our WA home in the forest. Palram kits allowed us to adjust where we wanted the posts. We chose to build cascading steps all around our deck and mount the posts on the steps. This allowed us to maintain plenty of headroom, provide adequate slope and keep more deck surface for outdoor living. We also shortened the posts by 2.5 inches. --Living in the forest, light was important to us. The panels provide plenty of light and protection from the elements, and created a sense of openness, even with the lower roof height. --The kit is extremely well packed and the parts are fit together with precision. --Directions are mostly all pictures which I thought was odd at first, but actually done very well making installation a breeze. -- Because we live in the forest, we have a lot of pine needles constantly falling. I was worried about the built in gutters getting clogged. Even though from the outside view, the gutters are beautifully closed, you can easily clean out the debris from the leading edge of the patio cover side of the gutters from underneath--a real plus! --After reading all the over a couple hundred reviews on Palram covers and competitors before purchase, I was especially impressed with how the Palram panels easily, yet firmly snap into the roof rails. Cleverly, any leakage between a panel would drip into the roof rails which is channeled into the gutters. --We had some shipping issues, and I had to call Palram for help. Their support was amazing. Leo W,,, (Palram) followed up with numerous emails as he solved the shipping hiccup with the shipper that was hired to bring it to our house. We felt very supported! --The only feature we hoped would be available, that wasn't, would be a downspout kit. Currently, the kits have a 2" round spout coming out each end of the gutters, but no downspout. I have read threads where others have used PVC or adapted box store items, or even rain chains for the job. I'm sure something Palram would come up with would look a lot better. --Lastly, this patio kit far surpassed our expectations and is worth every penny or wait that you may have to endure to order one--there is a reason these kits sell out so quickly--there is no comparison to others on the market. Directions and assembly are simple and strait forward. It takes about 6 to 8 hours for two people. Wouldn't reccomend building patio cover in 95 degree plus temps. Only downside is it took 9 weeks to deliver. Most likely because of the Pandemic. Not sure? My wife and I Love It! We put it up yesterday. 07/11/20.

Great patio cover. Product is everything it says it is and more. Looks great and provides shade on our patio. We hired a handyman and he put it up in a day.

Great awning, very good quality, covers my 15x10 deck perfect. Had to make some modifications by cutting down the posts due to height restrictions above my sliding door but overall it is a great addition to my deck! Keeps everything clean and dry! I installed it myself over a weekend, directions were very detailed and easy to follow. I have less pitch than recommended but rain drainage seems to be no issue, hoping snow / ice will be okay in winter. I added an outdoor rug, wall fan and going to install LED string lights too...We are getting so much more use from our deck now... Thanks!

We have a 10 foot deck and needed a covering to define the space and make it practical. We thought about a pergola, but wanted something to shed water. I decided on this and I'm so glad I did. A great kit and went together easily. It is also very sturdy. I was able to do most of it by myself except I needed the wife to hold the posts while I secured them. She also helped a bit with the gutter.

With some modifications, we were able to install this to our manufacturer home. Well built and instructions were okay to follow. Really like the movement of the legs as it helped set ours in the exact spot we needed. Now to see if the plastic "roof" holds up the sun.

We love our covered awning. My husband and I put it together by ourselves and it took most of the day. The instructions were easy and clear but there were a few road bumps. One of the panels arrived damaged due to a big dent in the box but the damage was in a roof panel on the edge and once put on, its wasnt noticable. A couple of sections during assembly got put together backwards (there is a right and wrong way and it fits together the same until you get to a point where you need screw holes and they are in the wrong spots) So at that point my husband figured it out and it had to be un assembled and re assembled. That probably cost about an hour or 2 extra on time. Once it was assembled there is a piece in the roof frame that has 2 metal panels near the middle and they do not connect. There is a half inch gap in the roof that is completely exposed, the panels do not touch. I do not understand how the manufacturer could think this is ok when it comes to a covered roof panel. Luckily my husband is handy and was able to mend it. He tried a few different expanding goops and caulking and foam but essentially filled the gap with caulking and let it dry. Unfortunately it is yellow and doesn't match the white (will attach picture) but he will fix that later with something that doesn't yellow. Thankfully it hasn't leaked yet. It took several unexpected trips to the hardware store. With all that being said, we LOVE the covered awning. We had a 10x10 pergola before and went with the 10x24 awning. It more than doubled our outdoor living and now that its covered we can go out there anytime. We can enjoy our back patio daily rain or shine and be in the shade and stay dry. It is very nice to go outside in the rain and have a covered area to enjoy. I am also enjoying not having to bring in all my patio cushions when it rains. The gutters have worked fine for us but one of the connections on the gutters didn't seal fully so my husband caulked that area so it wouldn't leak out the front. Ours is attached to cement and my husband had an issue with one of the drills breaking in the cement so one of the posts isn't connected correctly. But all the rest are and its still very stable and not a concern. The awning looks so nice. We wanted something that is permanently attached and looks like and extension of our house. We've had our awning now for about 3 months and have enjoyed our backyard way more than we could before. We are west facing and could not go outside once the sun went over to the back of the house. This provides the perfect amount of shade and keeps it cool underneath. For anyone who is worried about it creating a greenhouse affect, the white panels do not do that. I was concerned it would create heat underneath due to some of the reviews on the clear panels, but it doesn't at all. It also filters the sun without blocking all the light which I was concerned about. I didn't want it to block any light from coming in our house b/c our main light source comes from the windows and door that the awning covers. It did not affect the light coming into our house at all. I no longer have to shut my shades daily b/c the awning does the trick! That was something else I wanted was to be able to keep my shades open even when the sun was shining on the back of our house. I'm sure it will help our air conditioning bill but I haven't kept track of that. We live in an area that gets hail, so I'm not sure how it will hold up in a storm but we shall see. I'm thinking positive. This awning was the perfect choice for us. I researched every possible option. If you are needing shade, wanting a covered patio in the rain, don't want to block light into the house and having something that looks high end, well built and stable, with a great price, this awning is for you. If we moved and needed another covered patio we would definitely buy again.

We installed a Palram Feria awning a few weeks ago and now get more use out of our lanai. It filters the sun and protects us, our dog, and the lanai furniture from the rain. Assembly

This awning is perfect for our backyard getaway! :) We were looking for some shelter on the back patio and after searching many options, decided to go with Feria. We ordered the 10X20, it was easy to install and works perfect for what we wanted. In fact, we like it so much that we have ordered another 10X14 to add on over the hot tub and cover the entire length of the back of the house. Expecting the other piece to arrive shortly and can't want to get it up! Highly Recommend this product.

This system has excellent engineering and manufacturing. I was able to install almost completely by myself in less than 4 hours. I did require a extra set of hands for a few pieces. I highly recommend.

I used this 10 x 18 awning to cover my patio at the lake. The 25 % light that it lets through creates an inviting space not a black hole, yet provides shade. The instructions where complete with many illustrations. The hinge type mounting to the (in my case rafters facia) made it versatile. I called Palram for some additional parts, to customize my installation and they where courteous and promptly shipped the added items. I am very happy with how the project turned out.

I love this awning! The cover is nice and color just blend with the house. Sun was out while building it and it was just perfect shade. Will see how it holds with rain. It is like a puzzle. Instruction with pictures is well written, easy to follow when you have two people to do it. The important thing to take note is to make sure the frame is aligned when you start installing the roof. it takes a day to figure out how to put it together the instructions could use some words and not just pictures. the finished product is great. PS: My neighborhood had ordered the same one when I wrote this review.

installed canopy above wooden deck on a modular home. assembled in 10 hours, i took my time to get it right the first time! LOL. instructions were great with pictures and pieces were numbered for easy assembly and hardware was great and everything fit great. quality was excellent and price was great too.

We wanted to create a porch-type feeling to our new deck. We installed this awning and are really happy with how it turned out. The awning is well-made and adds a modern, clean look to our new deck. The roof lets in a lot of light through which makes the space feel large and airy. It was relatively easy to install. Only complaint is that the paper instructions could have been a little more detailed.

The versatility of the Feria patio cover awning allowed for installation using the pillars of a short wall that surrounds our patio. It is manufactured with durable materials. The translucent panels that make up the roof allow for a soft light on the patio even when in the direct sunlight. Even though we have only had it for a few weeks, the indoor temperature in the kitchen is several degrees cooler during the heat of the day. We have lived in our home for 26 years without a patio cover and we are very pleased with our new awning.

Excellent product! And seller provided everything you need. They did the followup to provide some tips for installation after I placed the order. The installation is not hard, you do need two people. My family really love it.

We are extremely happy with this car cover. We had looked and looked for something that would cover our car but not block out the light. My husband found this online. Now that it is assembled, we constantly say how happy we are with it and so glad we bought it. It took some effort to figure out the instructions, but once we figured that out, it was easy to assemble. We have had this assembled for about 3 months now...and we have had rain and some wind and nothing affected it. Very happy with this product.

Arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It takes two people for some of the steps and we spent about 6 hours to build and install the complete patio cover. The 20x10 comes in two packs, you basically combine two 10x10 covers with the included hardware. Love the grey color, sleek and modern appearance. Overall very happy with the purchase. Looks great, high quality materials. Fully recommend it.

We did a lot of research on what type of patio cover to install in our new back yard. We wanted quality and a good value. I searched and searched and finally decided on this one. Home Depot had the best pricing and super fast shipping. It was quite easy to assemble and has withstood our windiest winter ever. We can wait to decorate it and enjoy it in the warmer weather. We could not be happier. It looks fantastic!!

This Patio cover awning 10 x 20 took two people to install, very easy instructions to follow, light aluminium frames and policarbonate glass top allows brightness inside the house, it looks awesome, my money well spent. It stood sturdy and strong on one of the windy and rainy day. It drains from the sides, I love it.

Product exceeded my expectations. Was easy to install, even with needing to make small modifications. Cut the 3 front posts shorter since I could not get the required height needed for the header beam. Came out beautiful. Have had up for about 2 months now, and no popping noises or moisture accumulation like other reviews stated. Lets in plenty of light and protects from the rain. My only regret is that I did not get a bigger size!
