Came early which was great . Have it up a a week only. It seems fine so far one heavy rain shower but no strong winds yet to test it . Very easy to assemble and I would have it complete in a day if it was ground level but I had to work over a raised deck so a lot of ladders needed. Going to hang vinyl tapers to stop rain and snow blowing in as it’s December and the weather is coming.

The coverage I bought made me very happy, but the coverage was smaller than I expected, I took the wrong medication, now I would like to know if there is a way to increase the sides with one more plate on each side, is this possible, is it available for sale? part of parts? thanks!!

The Patio cover was of high quality and easy to assemble. It has performed as we expected in protecting the entry steps and doorway to our backyard french doors.

Love this product it was eay to put up and is very sturdy.

the directions to put it together leave a lot to be desired. It would be a tremendous help if the plans had dimentions on them for the parts because the parts I.D. numbers were on sticker that half were missing or fell off.

Shipment arrived in good condition. One slight blemish to a polycarbonate sheet. I installed the unit over a small concrete slab adjacent to the house. The unit was easy to install. The most difficult task was anchoring the feet to the concrete. The concrete slab is over 40 years old and without a specialized hammer drill and sturdy concrete bit and screws, the task might not have been possible. The bolts provided for anchoring in concrete are not satisfactory. Additionally, the bolts are too long. However, I am enjoying the product and have installed two strings of market lights to add "flavor."

This canopy looks so great over our deck. Our contractor installed it in about 6 hours. It actually exceeded my expectations in looks and sturdiness. The only reason I docked a star is because some of the holes on the posts needed to be drilled manually. Still worth it!

It looks nice installed and works. The lag bolts for house are 2' on center and for masonry so had to buy wood structural screws and drill holes 16" on center. Also had to create flashing for above house track. My complaint is that you cannot walk on it. Need to remove panels to work on house.

Apart from my height, i dont have the skillset to install this on my own so I had to hire someone to install this over my deck. It took 2 guys 2hrs to install it and once installed WE LOVED IT! It's sturdy and very good quality. The cost is well worth it.

The canopy was the perfect fit for our patio. Materials are of good quality. Assembly is pretty straight forward (lot of pictorials to follow.) Customer support is excellent. It needs to be pointed out that the metal header for the wall of the house is supplied with hardware to connect to a brick wall. If you are attaching to a lap sided house, you will need a 1" x 6" board attached to your wall (which requires you to locate the house studs to attach the board with lag bolts) then you can mount the metal header bracket to the board. If you need to drill into concrete to anchor the posts for the canopy, I would suggest replacing the 10mm bolts with 3/8" hex head steel expansion bolts. A hammer/drill is necessary for drilling into concrete. You will need two 3/8" carbide tipped mortar drill bits for the 12 holes (concrete can dull a bit quickly.) It takes 2-people to set this up but a 3rd is always a plus.

This unit turned out better then expected. It seemed a little complicated to install properly- but in fact was easier then it appeared to be. One note, on My installation. We had to trim the outward legs to get good drainage slope. I Installed this on a lagoon property, on an elevated deck in February- two days later we had mast windstorm with 50mph gusts. I was not sure it would be there in the morning. Not only was it still there, but just to aggravate me another two days we had 65mph gusts! Unit came through all of that with no issues. Definitely recommend!
