Missing the manual and the installation kit
Bought 4 heaters for a new house build, One was missing the manual and installation kit, Called their customer support line and got told that they have no parts for these?!? I've probably bought 20 of these in the last year but this is the Last time I build a house with these if parts are not available. Was told by customer service to return to the store, But since it was bought on a company card The paperwork hassle will not make it worth the trouble.

I purchased this item and installed it to my shed....
I purchased this item and installed it to my shed. Within the first week the unit would not turn off. I think the thermostat is broken. Its already attached to the wall with electrical so I dont want to take it off and bring it back to home depot. I think ill end up having to buy a new one and replace the inner parts. Definitely not pleased with this item.

Installation Tips
The unit seems to work fine. the instructions are so so. if you follow the instructions and leave 6 inches of wire beyond the box connector and you're wiring from the top the ground wire will be short. Check where the power wires connect to the heating unit to make sure the spade connectors do not come in contact with the mounting can. Check the position of the thermostat and adjust if necessary to allow knob to clear the cover, when its installed.

County Won't Pass Inspection
We are fine with the functionality of this heater. But, our County inspector will not pass our electrical inspection because we cannot provide the over current protection for the heater. He's concerned that if the current spikes, the breaker won't trigger because the amperage is so low and it could cause a fire. I have tried calling, chatting, and emailing the manufacturer to no avail. They haven't answered any of my inquiries. None of their product literature has the information that our inspector requires. Now we probably have to get a different heater and we're out $160 for the heater, plus reinspection fees from the County, and labor for the heater installation. This is horrible.
