Fit perfectly very easy instructions

Nice small unit was easy to install for me as I have a background in electronics.

Bought 4 heaters for a new house build, One was missing the manual and installation kit, Called their customer support line and got told that they have no parts for these?!? I've probably bought 20 of these in the last year but this is the Last time I build a house with these if parts are not available. Was told by customer service to return to the store, But since it was bought on a company card The paperwork hassle will not make it worth the trouble.

Home Depot provided easy, fast, reliable service for the online purchase and return of the electric wall heaters I purchased. I mistakenly purchased heaters that could not be used in an older, apartment conversion condominium. When I determine exactly what I need I hope I will be able to order the next heaters through Home Depot. Thank you!

I had to replace the wall heater with the same kind. Instructions were easy to follow and I did it in less than half an hour. I used the old box and wiring.

Electrician installed and was advised to wait for warmer weather, open windows as it expels fumes. The cadet is in my aviary (for birds) cannot expose them. So I have to wait until warmer weather to engage the heater. This heater is replacing an older model which the thermostat wasn't working any longer, was over 20 yrs old.

I purchased this item and installed it to my shed. Within the first week the unit would not turn off. I think the thermostat is broken. Its already attached to the wall with electrical so I dont want to take it off and bring it back to home depot. I think ill end up having to buy a new one and replace the inner parts. Definitely not pleased with this item.

I'm pleased with this unit. It's fairly quiet and it's doing what's needed - bringing the temperature up 2-4 degrees in a room that has three exterior walls and many windows.

This item was a replacement for another in wall heater. It worked well.

Fan was weak and air blown was barely warm. Item was returned.

If it is 1200watts it is better

Easy to install, but did keep constant temperature of heating in the small room.

The unit seems to work fine. the instructions are so so. if you follow the instructions and leave 6 inches of wire beyond the box connector and you're wiring from the top the ground wire will be short. Check where the power wires connect to the heating unit to make sure the spade connectors do not come in contact with the mounting can. Check the position of the thermostat and adjust if necessary to allow knob to clear the cover, when its installed.

The fan does not blow very hard, and it does not produce a lot of heat, considering how much energy it uses.

We are fine with the functionality of this heater. But, our County inspector will not pass our electrical inspection because we cannot provide the over current protection for the heater. He's concerned that if the current spikes, the breaker won't trigger because the amperage is so low and it could cause a fire. I have tried calling, chatting, and emailing the manufacturer to no avail. They haven't answered any of my inquiries. None of their product literature has the information that our inspector requires. Now we probably have to get a different heater and we're out $160 for the heater, plus reinspection fees from the County, and labor for the heater installation. This is horrible.
