Hi there - we're so glad you're enjoying your Café cooktop, but we do apologize that stains are showing up. We can see how dispiriting this must be. Stainless steel is harder to stain, but it's still possible for it to get messy and it has some unique cleaning characteristics. To clean the stainless steel surface, use warm sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Remember to always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain and follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface.
