I used this product to finish a laundry shoot door. The product matches my new flooring perfectly. I has to modify the bullnose to allow for the hinge swing, but still looks great.

Installed this product today on a house we are working on. Installed super easy and looks great. Highly recommend a sliding miter saw with an 80 tooth sharp blade to get smooth cuts. Went through a ton of construction adhesive for 18 stairs we used 8 tubes in eluding white risers. Now let's see how long they last.

The color is nothing like it is pictured. It is more of gray than anything. Returned

The color is much much lighter than it looks on the website. If I had to classify it I would say it was a medium brown with a gray tint. I will have to return all of these because they're not even close to my flooring.

Certainly overpriced for the quality of the product. Pretty easy to install but i suggest not using a nail/pin gun. The demo video on the company website suggests to nail the treads in place at the back of the tread where the rise will cover the nail. I tried this and the nail gun can't get back that far close to the riser and the tread. Using Liquid Nails is more than enough. I had one stair that required a right-return / false-end. Cap A Tread doesnt make this piece so i had to make on from leftover scraps of other pieces. Easy to do the cuts if you have a miter saw, but would be more convenient if they manufactured a right-return piece. overall, Im satisfied with the way they turned out.

The thickness was not the same as the flooring and shims were needed to make it flush. Some leeway in the curved part is needed to make it completely level.

The stair tread is very slippery. I also dropped something on accident and it left a good sized dent in the tread that is noticeable. I would not recommend, considering how expensive they are. There's also not a clear coat on top of it to offer protection.

Great product for capping stair treads ! Maybe a little on the expensive side but matched our floor perfectly so not many other options price wise

Very poor

Easy to install. Just measure, cut, apply adhesive and slip over the old existing stair. Probably the easiest part of the entire remodel!

Good product, looks nice and fairly easy to install. Very disappointed in packaging, I had to return a couple of times damaged product and every new shipment I received one or more than one damaged Cap A Treads.

4 of the 13 pieces I ordered were damaged. It allready took 3 weeks to get them in the first place. Wishing i went with hardwood.

Overpriced for a product that looks very cheap. The tread didn't match the floor, just like the floor transition pieces that I purchased. returned the product to store!
