They run small and are not waterproof, very disappointed and I'm a longtime Carhartt guy.

I would give them 5 stars but the string tightener at the waist seems like it doe't stay tight when in use .

Was really excited about these pants when they came in, they seem durable, and looked like they were going to suit my needs. I wanted it to rain out just so I can try them out, I work outside every day, rain snow, anything. My first week I got the pants it rained twice that week, I wore these WATER PROOF pants by the end of the day I took them off found that my knees were wet from kneeling down and my but was wet from sitting down thinking that, I knew that when I sat down early In the day my but was wet but and it just aggravated me that I had to go the rest of the day with wet clothes so that is why I'm giving it a 1 star because I have had better rain gear for 1/3 price

Superb product, comfortable and keeps me bone dry in heavy rains while outside working

Hate the way they tie around the waist. Xl runs big. When summer hits and the rain stops better get theses black paints off fast.

The fit and feel is perfect.. I would definitely recommend these pants

Bought these for the maintenance and grounds crew at my work for this winter.. It has been the best weather Gear for comfort and keeping dry while keeping up with mother natures relentless season of rain sleet and snow!

Excellent product, delivers on the promise of dry legs. Perfect for working in a storm or prolonged periods of lighter rain. I hope to get another pair with bright colors and reflective accents for biking in the rain and when I work near vehicular traffic.

Cuff zips really need to be to at least knees. Drawstring does not keep waist tight while working,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pants are great. The draw string will not stay tight when moving around so they will constantly slide down.

I sent them back. Zero elasticity in the waistband and the drawstring is useless with the locking thing they put on it. I was really looking forward to wearing them too, since I do forestry work and the weather's been gnarly.
