Not very bright. Sometimes they light, sometimes they don't.

Battery lasted only 2-4 hours even when we had sun all day.

Not keeping a charge for very long

These solar caps don’t work. They are located in direct sunlight all day. Sometimes they come on at night but most of the time they don’t. When they do light they only stay lit for about an hour. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Easy installation; looks very good; over all quality great! Love it!

These post caps look sharp and were a great finishing touch to our porch railing remodel! Use caution having too high expectations around length of time these will stay lit when you live in a wooded area. We are in a heavily wooded area and get roughly an hour after a sunny day. Super easy to install, love that they came with adapters for post sleeve vs bare post installation!

It is very lightweight and looks good. I noticed it stays lit a long time in the summer but not long as our daylight gets shorter.

Caps were 4X4 just not for vinyl covered posts. Should have been 4-1/16X4-1/16

the dimensions were not accurate on the website and I ended up having to epoxy glue them to the tops

I' ve bout 12 of these for about 1 month and 6 has already not working. I been waiting for the product to be sold so i can return and exhange since its 1 year quarantee. Been waiting for 2 months and still out of stocks. How can I exchange?

wrong size. had to return. light only shine for 3 hrs not all night.

Only problem was actual size was 3.5”x 3.5” so they would not fit over pvc deck post without some custom work to the pvc sleeves

Very nice. Brighter than I expected for only 2 LEDs. Without 3.5 x 3.5 adapter, fit the 4 x 4 sleeve very snugly, taking a bit of wrestling to get them on. Hope they last; they look good and add a lot to the deck.

Works great if ALL your posts get EQUAL amounts of sunlight. Otherwise you end up with some fading faster. I remove the corners during day and set them in middle of deck for equal lighting

I bought 18 a few summers back and they are excellent quality and fit nice and snug I take them in every winter a put them back out in the Spring. This is now the 4th season and they still work perfectly and look great with the original batteries.

only had them up for a couple of weeks now but so far so good, very bright, love the look on my decks.

I bought ten caps and have had these caps for two weeks. They look nice on my deck and provide decent accent lighting at night. Just be aware that these caps only stay lighted for about 6 hours in the dark after a day of sunshine and then turn off. If there is no sun for a day, the caps will not light up. These would a decent buy for half the price but not for $30 per light. Too much money for what you get.

Easy to put on and looks great.

My posts are exactly 4x4. The opening for the cap to go on the post is also exactly 4x4. Obviously, cap opening was not going to work -if they made it 4.25 x 4.25, it would have been fine.

One of the pair still has trouble staying on, so I have to take the top off, tweak the bulb (it comes on right away then), and put it back together. The light thrown is quite sufficient, though, and the design is superb. I'm pleased.

Easy to install and looks good. The only issue is that PA doesn’t have much sunshine!
