One would think something advertised as a 4 in drawer would, in fact, but 4 in in height. It is not. The other sized drawers are undersized vs. their stated dimensions, this is a full 25% larger than listed. A waste of time and effort to order and attempt to install.

The drawers we ok. The entire process of ordering these Closet Evolution components to upgrade out MB closet was a nightmare. Customer service was awful and the Rehobath Beach store personnel were terrible.

The track for one of the drawers broke

Not easy to assemble. Need some type of clamps.

Easy to follow instructions and a nice unit when completed .

The closet is excellent, my client loves it, at a fraction of the cost of professional closet system companies.

While the overall components are good quality -this specific drawer sizes doesn’t hold much but a dozen or so socks. Go for at least the 8” drawer. The face is 4” the actual drawer depth is about 2.5”

Took a little more engineering than video's showed, mostly because our one wall had 24" on center studs and that presented a little problem. Our oder only had one hiccup that was resolved pretty quickly. Other than that, it went pretty smoothly. Installed in two days and looks amazing and is so much more organized!

The drawers were fairly easy to assemble. The written instructions provided were okay but watching the online video that showed the assembly process was very helpful. The instructions for the tower units were not as clear and the online videos focused only on assembling a tower with hanging units and not just shelve towers alone (with or without drawers). It would be helpful for the instructions to add more detail for a person assembling this product for the first time. Detail should include, the best locations for the fixed shelves, the best location for the wall bracket to keep the unit from moving laterally and finally information on how to mount two tower shelving units side by side. I finally figured most of it out but better instructions could have saved time.

Would have given more stars however when you have more than one drawer the top and bottom of the drawers hit and have to be redrilled. Beautiful outside drawer finish but cheaper finish to back and sides.

The advertisement was misrepresenting the product. It was not 24x4. We needed the door front to be 4 inches; it was misleading.

My contractor had to add wood to make these reasonably sturdy. I hope they hold up. I am shocked that Martha Stewart would put her name on a product like this!
