Came out beautiful
Arrived in good shape except was missing some small hardware parts; but the company promptly shipped them to me.
The main problem w/ the instructions is that you are supposed to screw all of the top boards to the vertical boards. If you imagine a "T" in the middle, you can see why you can only screw in one side. You are prevented from screwing in the other side because of the 1st board that you put in. My solution was to buy six "L" brackets and I used those to mount the blocked boards.

Really Disappointed
I ordered this unit and the shoe rack. Its made like garbage. I'm really surprised that home depot is selling this kind of poor quality. It says you can use a 100 tooth saw to cut it shorter.. you cant the laminate splinters and it looks terrible.

We are sorry to hear you have had difficulties with your installation. This is a laminate product. If cutting the materials you will want to use a circular saw or table saw with the appropriate saw blade to prevent chipping. Most saw blades will identify right on the blade what they are rated for cutting. you will need to use a blade designed for extremely fine cuts or specifically laminate.100 teeth is generally a good rule of thumb for blades up to 7 1/4" if the blade is larger or dull it may still cause chipping. You most likely also want to use painters tape over the cut line. This will even further help to avoid chipping. Everything came in except the bottom drawer front was a different color. It has been almost 2 months and I am still without the correct color. This has put me in a bad position with the homeowners that I purchased and installed for. Please HELP ME!!!

Ordered both the 96" and the smaller closet system. Both systems were received with missing hardware and pieces. Instructions were not very straightforward and several of the pieces were chipped and/or cracked upon receipt.
Fortunately, customer service is good and replacement parts were sent fairly quickly.
