Removed old closet shelving and purchased 2 of these. Absolutely love them. Easy to install. Adjustable shelves and poles. I can fit all of my dresses on one side and coats on the other. Great shelving for shoes and purses. Loved these.

Wall anchors provide obviously insufficient for weight of typical wardrobe. Corner supports are 1/16" thick cardboard triangles. Drawer hardware not same as main unit and barely enough. Back of drawers are unfinished. If it falls apart when I put in my clothes I will not be too shy to return it!!

Easy to put together... I cut the bars to shorten them which was easy as well.

Worked as advertised perfect for our Remodel walk-in closet easy to work with and put together make sure everything is level and square and drawers will go together without any issues

Bought and customized closet. Know that the tower white is not the same as the drawer white, even though all items were style +.

Put this in two closets at a rental unit. Looks great. Easy to customize and fit in different sized closets. I would guess it took about two hours for two people to install the first one. The second closet went a little faster. I cant speak to using the closet organizer, but the install was fine and the look is great.

We took a 69 inch wide closet and installed two narrow cubby units (one on top of the other) with two rods on one side and one on the other. We put in 5 drawers and reinstalled the high shelf in the closet above the Closetmaid unit. The result is like night and day! Everything went together pretty well except for one drawer handle hole that wasn't quite in the right place, so we drilled it out a bit. The drawers are a little bit sticky but probably some graphite spray would help. Since the rods expand and fit one into the other, there is not a seamless surface, which is noticeable occasionally when moving hangers back and forth. We may buy our own rods for a custom fit. We cut 7 inches off one rod already since the closet wasn't wide enough to accommodate the rod width. We installed hooks to hang purses and made a smaller custom drawer out of cardboard covered in contact paper. We put up LED strip lights with a push button on/off switch on the floor. Overall we are very pleased with the outcome and may redo some of our other closets.

I purchased 2 of these units and some additional products for my dressing room. Easy to assemble. I recommend having someone to help you. I did this by myself. A lot of hiccups with Home Depot online. Everything cost less than $1500.

I was able to assemble and mount the whole thing by myself. The box was heavy but once I got it inside, the instructions were straightforward. I needed a screwdriver, drill, mallet, hammer, level and stepladder. It only took a couple hours to assemble.

Bought a whole walnut colored unit, including 3 shaker frame drawers. The wood grain pattern on the shaker frame drawer front is set at an angle and anyone who looks at immediately thinks the drawers are all wonky. It sucks! Having a hard time getting past it. Its put together perfectly but looks a mess.

When preparing for installation you get out of it what you put into it. Spent a whole day prepping the closet removing the old wire shelves, filling and patching the holes, removing the base boards, and two coats of paint. Assembling the towers (3x) building and painting cleats to support the shelved and hanger rods (I don’t trust drywall to support the hanger rods and shelves). Another two day to install the towers (anchor them into the wall) and install the DIY cleats to support the shelves and the hanger rods and install new base boards. i then waited two weeks for the 5” drawers, shoe racks, cabinet doors and the jewelry tray to arrive as they were not in stock. Everything was easy to assemble the only issue was the jewelry trays they did not fit easy and had to forced into the drawer its not coming out without disassembling the whole drawer. The quality of the towers are as to be expected particle board with a lament finish. Be careful with installation the finish can scratch if you picked noir a black sharpie is your best friend for handling scratches. Closet maid should consider touchup pens and a different support option for shelves. my one true complaint is why does the 5” drawer cost $10 more than the 10” drawer. The overall installation consisted of: (3) wood closet tower assemblies; (8) top shelve kits; (4) 10” drawers; (6) 5” drawers; (2) shoe racks; (1) cabinet door kit; (2) Vale rods; and (2) Jewelry trays.

The doors are great and complete the look. My only gripe is that the hinges are not soft close, like the drawer glides. I bought my own soft close hinges and modified the top cabinet door holes to accommodate. Now the doors are fantastic.

ClosetMaid Narrow Wood Closet Systems - bought several different sizes over the last year to replace old wire systems in properties we were preparing for sale. Cost is reasonable because installation is quick and they make the closet look clean and inviting.

The drawer is easy to assemble and install in the tower. I was surprised to find it was soft close. The price is reasonable. We were able to create an amazing closet with these products.

Beautiful system! We bought the middle tower and two corner towers in Bleached Walnut. Carefully following the directions, it was easy to put together; however you'll need 2 people to put the top piece on the corner towers. All assembly hardware was included; nothing missing. There were a few small chips on some edges which were easily hidden. The hardest part was cutting the top shelves to fit between the towers, but that was because our walls are not straight. The only con was the Bleached Walnut corner tower was over twice the price of the Coastal Teak corner tower, adding $334 to the cost of the 2 corner units. Overall, we love the look of this closet system and the deep, roomy shelves make it very functional.

Great product, easy to assemble and adjustable to fit your closet. Highly recommend this product.

Instructions are easy to follow. I was able to put this together myself in just a couple hours with a newborn at home. Holds a significant amount of clothing. I added an extra rod due to having 4 boys who share a closet and it works exactly as I had hoped.

Bought six drawers for my 25 in white tower. The tower looks great but the drawers are another issue. All of the drawers have a quarter inch gap on both of the sides and you can see the hardware through the gap. And then to top it off there is a good half inch gap between the shelf and the drawer. If you don’t mind the gaps the product seems to be good all in all. As for me I like my drawer fronts to cover the sides and to at least cover half of the shelf face.

We completely redid our master bedroom.walk in closet. 112 inch wall we used the 25 foot kit. And then for our 80 inch wall we used the 16 inch smaller kit. We kept one wall clear for dressing room effrct. Easy to install. With prep work, painting, installation and decorating and then putting everything back into the closet it took us about 3 days. The height of the cabinet is nice. The clothes rods are extendable and fit weird length walls. We now have the organized dream closet we have always wanted!

The drawers dont match the color or style of the rest of the style chocolate. Total disappointment

Ive built and setup a number of closet systems now and this one is surprisingly easy. The instructions are easy to follow and come with pictures and words. The rods gave a nice pear shape instead of being a circle, why is this important? The shape is stronger and less likely to bend. The only things i would change is the rod brackets and wall anchors. They are made of plastic. I think the brackets would be stronger if they were metal and the anchors could be a different type to allow for higher weight capacities. Speaking of weight capacities, nowhere does it mention the max weight of any shelf of rod. It simply states if any shelf or rod bends more than 1/2” then its too much weight, which isnt very comforting. Overall it seems like a great customizable modular system that can be setup in any way you desire. I like the add on options like drawers and shelves too

Great addition to the closet system from ClosetMaid. Love the soft close feature as well.

This is my first experience with a closet unit, and I didn't want to spend too much money. I bought a drawer separately. It's not made of strong materials, but it looks good. Easy to assemble. I bought 2 black baskets to hold stuff.

Great product and worked out wonderfully for my small closet reno!
