Works great where you need support for a ceiling fan, very sturdy and easy to install.

Heavy light fixture works great with it.

These are great for use in finishing a basement and securing a ceiling fan in the joists. The ability to move the box to allow proper centering is a great feature. The unit is also secure enough to be able to hold the weight of the fan.

Very stout and well built piece. I had an unusual installation become the ceiling rafters were only 10” apart. I was able to remove one end and cut it down to fit. Easy to install.

Easy to use and provided secure means to mount a ceiling fan with flexible placement of electric box anywhere between two bottom chords of the trusses in my ceiling.
