Good rating is based on initial installation and use. Need more time to determine reliability.

Build quality is good. Installation was easy except for the vague instructions. I highly doubt this is 3800 lumens, it's dimmer than my old fluorescent fixture with LED retrofit bulbs in it. The CRI is also pretty terrible, it's right on the edge of being annoying. Color reproduction is pretty subpar, kinda wish I had gotten something with higher CRI.

This is the second one I’ve purchased and installed. The first one is about a year old and works fine. Installation was straightforward and took me about 30 minutes.

Unsure about product, but Home Depot customer service was great. I installed two of these lights in my garage as a replacement for my two 20 year old T8 flourescent light fixtures. The LED lights worked great for two and a half days, then they both stopped working. I called Home Depot and they recommended a trade in. Not knowing what caused the problem, I was concerned that the same thing could happen again if I got the same lights, so I opted to get two Beyond Bright Super Nova lights instead. After installing the Leviton 600-watt 250-volt outlet box lamp holders for the lights, the lights are bright and look great! Thanks Home Depot.

Easy to install and produces plenty of crystal clear LED light. I’ve installed two of these lights in my home and love both. No more flickering of fluorescent lights.

I used them in my 2 car garage lit it up like it was a bright sunny day! Easy to install! Would definitely recommend!

Bought three of these to replace overhead regular bulb lights in my garage, they certainly light up far better than even using LED daylight bulbs. HOWEVER - the connector supplied is a total joke. The first one I was installing the wires kept pulling out of the supplied connector, even after putting a little bend in the wire, so just cut off the connector plug and use a good quality wire nut and tie them together. The connector is the only reason I did not give five stars. Real simple install.

Great light. Easily installed. Much lighter than my old 48” two fluorescent fixture. It even appears much brighter than that old fixture as well. Great product.

The light was an easy replacement. It provides a ton of light which was lacking in that area. Being a led, I'm saving money!
