Light fixture was easy to install. The diffuser fir well and the securing mechanism was rather ingenious. The dry wall anchors supplied were not acceptable to me. Too cheap, leading me to question how securely they would hold in my ceiling. I used metal dry wall anchors I had on hand (purchased at HD on another trip).

The Hampton Bay LED ceiling Light was easy to install, and provides Outstanding Light for our Kitchen, a soft light and since it is an LED Light is does Not get Hot, and I would recommend this Hampton Bay LED light for anyone looking for a Great Product, and a Super Value.

This LED lighting fixture is advertised as being dimmable ... plain and simple it is not! It’s not a question of not using a “dimmable” bulb, it’s built in. It’s not a question of using a LED dimmable switch, because I had the electrician install two of the same switches for two different fixtures with dimmable LED bulbs and the other one worked ... in fact, the other one worked (dimmed lights) with either switch and this fixture dimmed with neither. What it did do was operate like Strobe Light on a random sequence. Not great for a grandkids bunk room. Yes, the Home Depot Manager offer to refund my money or give me a new one, if I brought the one I paid the electrician to install along with the new switch, but he would not offer to reimburse us for the initial and/or return cost have having the electrician uninstall a falsely advertised product. Apparently, Home Depot takes no responsibility for selling falsely advertised products, even if they sell these false features on their web site.

Our newly purchased 15 year old home had yellow fluorescent lights in the garage and one had burned out ballast and looked awful. IN COMES SUPER BRIGHT WHITE LED LIGHT and makes the inside of the garage look like daylight. We replaced all three dingy bulb lights as the price of these gleaming led lights was fantastic. Plus we received a rebate from American Express. Score! Very happy with this purchase.

Product advertised as "dimmable" with suggested dimmers to use. Bought two of the items listed on the provided dimmer list and neither worked. Light would flicker when reduced - both times with each separate dimmer. Light is good - just too bright and needs advertised dimming capability to work properly. Disappointed.

I replaced a 2 bulb flourescent fixture and was really concerned about the amount of light. This fixture is much brighter than the previous and works great.
