So we searched everywhere for the 2 screws you're supposed to use to secure the top Handle/Tray and couldn't find any. Then I noticed something under the shelf and low & behold there's a hidden slide-out storage drawer, with a sliding cover!! Inside was the hardware to secure the top handle/tray with diagrammed instructions. (See pics) The drawer will be great for storing screwdrivers and stuff. There's also a Paper Towel holder! Very pleased; a high quality ladder & we feel safe using it.

Just arrived. Opened it up and notice a teetering. Looked at bottom to discover the missing foot cover. It is unstable without it and it scratched my wood floor. Will be a real pain to return. Otherwise, it’s great and I’d recommend it.

Very happy with this ladder. Lighter than I thought it would be, and thinner too, which is nice for storage. Really nice to have something to 'hang on' to, when you are working on 10' ceilings.

Delivery- ladder arrived in a timely matter, but I didn’t get a pick up notice until two weeks past due date.

Short old girl can easily move this ladder around to use. Actually it’s the length that hangs me up occasionally lol weight is definitely not an issue. I have had the the shorter version for years and use the heck out of it so I finally bit the bullet and went for the 8ft. No regrets at all.

The ladder is perfect for reaching high places working in the house. The platform/step is great because it is an actual platform instead of standing/balancing on a single rung. This is my second one for inside the house. The first one is for outside to reach higher when washing the car and truck canopy. The platform gets wet but is not "as slippery" as a metal rung.

The ladder is very sturdy but extremely easy to maneuver, open and carry.

They would be five star if they were all square and stood flat. They don't, not the pair we had shipped. Once we step on them, though, they feel well planted and stable and we don't feel any need to return or replace them. The carrying handle works well as we move them around the three stories of the house doing maintenance and reno work.

Exactly what we wanted and lightweight.

Light yet strong and rigid

What a great ladder! This review is for the 8 ft. version. Pros: - Lightweight; handle makes it easy to carry - Stable: platform top step is much more secure, and comfortable, than standing on a standard ladder rung - Price: Home Depot has the best price - Well Designed: like the "secret" storage compartment Cons: - It would be better if the shelf extended a little further out - especially when using it for a gallon of paint. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

This is my second Costco platform ladder and it has met all my expectations. Frame is sturdy, weight is ideal for smaller person to carry-store and handle. Arrived in excellent condition and in timely manner. Would buy again and recommend purchase to others that find heavier ladders challenging.

Secure and safe ladder.

This is by far the best ladder out there.

Lightweight, sturdy (I’m 200 lbs), well designed unfolding lock/unlock for extending ladder. Be careful where you place your hands while extending / locking ladder. Also, the carrying handle if not checked could allow ladder to unexpectedly open and ladder could swing open as it’s being carried. Very happy with purchase.
