We bought this unit right before winter so it was still warm, ac worked great. Then temperatures dropped below 40 and it froze up, wouldn't defrost so I had to defrost it manually with a space heater. after endless emails and phone calls about the warranty the offered a refund of 400 bucks if I was ok with defrosting it manually everyday. what a joke. after a month of fighting with them they finally backed the warranty and sent out a second unit. the box came damaged and when hvac team went to install the unit was dented. 2 days later same issue. back with the space heater. so if you purchase this go ahead and buy a space heater as well.

It's been running for 4 days - working as I expected. Came with everything as listed. Cooling a 350sq foot room very well. Outside temps in mid 80's and it holds 67 degrees with ease. Shipped in sturdy boxes with the condenser unit having a cosmetic dent. No issues with installation. No instructions for remote - check youtube.com for Della mini-split remote as it's the same thing. The head unit comes with a large "Costway" label - it's ugly and was not shown on the website so beware. If it last 5 years I'll be pleased.

Bad delivery cheap product in every way

I paid to get it installed for it not to turn on so it didn’t work at all. Now we have to take it back to return it.

Works well requires a vacuum pump to install and the 32a coolant is flammable maybe a little to advance for diy homeowners?

We have only used it for heat but works great for that

It didn’t even come on, I have to take it back.

Had unit installed and had nothing but problems with it freezing up. spent $600 for install,$ 800 for a service to drain out freon and put new in it and unit still freezes.

Didn’t realize it was for commercial property and not residential property had to get a transformer to make it work and the transformer cost more then the unit itself that should of been on the item 120v or 240v or even anything less then 120v is for residential properties 208 or 230 is for commercial beware otherwise u will wind up spending $1,000 on just the transformer to be able to connect these thing properly without the fuse box blowing up

I ordered 2 units for different buildings on my property. 1 unit has a small dent in the condenser cover but did not affect the unit. Make sure you use Nylog on your connections and pull a vacuum and make sure it holds before releasing the refrigerant. Cools a single wide mobile home very efficiently. Also put one on 2 bedroom in law unit and it works great. Temps have been over 107 and these units have performed great and kept both houses very comfortable (dad turned his down, too cold for him)

It doesn’t keep a 750 sqft garage cold but knocks the edge off and gets it down to around 75-80 when it’s 102 out. Not too bad but not an ice box even with the garage spray foamed And sealed

Comes with everything you need to install. I ended buying a wall mount for the condensing unit and a plastic liner to hide the pipings. So far its been working great. The only con I have is the manufacturer has not replied to my inquiries on the 1 year warranty registration.

They work great! And the HVAC guys didn’t charge much to pressure test the units. Refrigerant was already in the bottom unit.

Unit is good, had issue with delivery and the customer service was absolutely horrible . will never purchase from them again !!!!!

Order came in and was an easy install and keeps my house cool.

The vacuum pump needed was not available at Hime Depot and could not be found anywhere

I would recommend this product. It took approximately 5 hours to install. Make sure if you do this yourself to have HVAC gauges and vacuum pump to do the lines.

We have a 30x50 pole barn with 12 foot ceiling. Spray foam insulation and it is cooling the shop great! It was 82 in the shop, about 90 outside when we installed it. Within a couple hours, it had dropped 10°. Been 68° in my shop ever since. Great unit

Poor introduction. R32 charge no contractors in area has it. Had to download instructions for remote.
