Decent units for the money
Let’s start with i am a HVAC tech I got these units for my personal house I have 2 yes they are not perfect. temp swings on the remotes the only issue I found but for the money you can’t complain I have two 12000btu heat pumps for the cost of $1500 installed stands line hide ect you can’t touch one name brand for that if they last 3 years I will consider it a win I don’t understand why there’s so many negative reviews I think people are expecting a $6000 heat pump that’s not what this is

I purchase the unit on July 1, 2021 and it went out around August 2021, With that said, as of today, February 2, 2022 I'm still having issues with the unit. The unit is under warranty, but the manufacture company called AUX USA will not fix the unit. Please do not make the same mistake I made in my opinion.

Lacks Freon and the instructions are worthless. - Be careful
OK it worked, but after a lot of installation issues. The instructions are totally useless. It stated that it comes with Freon, but that is just not true. And never in the book or on-line dies it say to open the values on the outside unit to release the Freon. After figuring that out, we could not get it to produce any heat whatsoever. We had to clean the lines, and install Freon. Once we completed that, the unit works. It cost an additional $320.00 for nearly 4 lbs. of Freon to get the unit operational. I would not recommend this unit for a do-it-yourselfer.
