Delivery: The delivery went fairly well, especially since I live in a very rural setting. Within an hour of specified time for arrival. Unboxing: the wooden cage was kinda beat up, but that is what it is for. The tractor looked undamaged. The delivery guy had a fork hand truck. I began assembly of hood, dash cover, steering wheel and battery hook up (see the various YouTube vids on this that others have posted). Started right up after adding some gas & checking oil. Cuts great as expected. 👍

Overall very pleased with the XT1 LT46. The 22HP engine has lots of power. I watched several YouTube videos on this mower. All had a meter on the dash showing time and battery charge. I was disappointed when mine was delivered it had NO meter. The meter must have been discontinued. Overall, a good looking and excellent performing mower.

Like the title, the new XT1 has design improvements and yet is also limited by them. It doesn't come with an hour meter and the patented blades mean you can't use better thicker blades that many may need. The new fabricated deck is much better then previous as well as the simple plastic breather cowl that limits grass clogging the air intake. I ordered online with a store pickup, so it did come fully assembled. The 50 inch deck is perfect for home use but review size limits a good in depth post.

Great value for the price. Cuts great!

I received my “tractor” yesterday dumped on its pallet and was told to just unwrap it and push it off. Ok but I didn’t want to mess up the undercarriage so I stacked card board up and made a ramp. When I opened the engine compartment a plastic piece from the front end snapped off. The battery is still dead and Home Depot doesn’t carry replacements. Don’t do this to yourself buy something you know at least worked when you bought it.

Carburetor was flooding the engine constantly and fuel was leaking at many points. Was bought 3 years ago and used each year maybe 3 or 4 times. This spring being used for first time for the year the engine locked, fuel started leaking. Cleaned up fuel, emptied cylinder from overflowing gas, waited to dry up, started the engine but after few turns the engine caught fire. I pulled it out quickly from the garage avoiding a disaster. It burned out completely.

Was delivered WITH A FLAT TIRE. I was not told this up front… I had to physically check the pressure of the tires myself to discover that one of the tires was flat! Obviously I had it returned and got a full refund. I mean heck I didn’t pay over $2k for a brand new tractor WITH A FLAT TIRE!! So you make sure to inspect all parts of this tractor before the delivery man leaves! And definitely don’t sign anything from the delivery man until you yourself inspect the tractor! I’m so glad I did!

Unit was delivered ahead of schedule with no issued other than the blades weren't sharpened. Happy with purchase overall.

Ordered a Cub Cadet Lt42 on April 4th and was told it would be delivered on April 5th but it was delayed until April 8th. Mower arrived this morning. I was shocked to see the store delivered a dirty mower that looked used. Customer service was terrible. Im surprised as I have always preferred to do business with Home Depot. Such a disappointing experience. Cub Cadet also stopped putting hour meters on mower. Order elsewhere.

Superb packing on freight. Delivered free! Mostly enclosed with wood and completely wrapped in plastic around mower. Attached battery leads (full charge), steering wheel, cover, seat, took 10 min. Checked oil, put in some gas (had some in it from factory in the line), started right up! The LT50 is awesome with the structured (not stamped) deck. 8 inches wider than my old green mower. Bought it for the upgraded engine and transmission over the lowest model of this series.

No issues with delivery. Freight company wheeled the crate right up to my garage. Mower takes about 10 minutes to assemble...seat, steering wheel, and hood. Connect battery cables, add gas, and off you go. Getting the mower off the crate was somewhat difficult. It weighs over 500 lbs. I was able to manage it but most probably won't. Have a friend help. Runs great, cuts well, the fabricated deck is well worth the extra $. This mower is built to last. Very happy with it and highly recommend.

Very satisfied with mower. Cuts great. Only wish there were grab handles on side for mowing sloped areas. Delivery was a nightmare!! Communication issues with shipper. other than that, assembly was easy.

My husband is so thrilled with his new lawn mower that he took pictures of it to show his friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. It is, honestly, fun to drive. Eazy to use. Smooth ride, even on the inclines in our yard. We have about 3/4 acre and it takes about an hour, if that. Probably would do faster but the fastest setting is a big fast for me. Wouldnt be so bad if you have more land or more flat land. My our property is not level at all. Love the possibilty of the attachments. We started just with the mower but we plan to get a snow plow attachment this winter and probably more in the future. We dont have a shed ao we keep it outside with a cover. So far it's holding up great. Highly recommend.

When mowing on uneven ground I take a pounding from the poor suspension and seat. Very poor design. My previous mower was a Husqvarna which was a much smoother ride. There are two springs on the back mount of the seat but the front is attached to the frame which doesn’t help.

50’’ fabricated deck can’t throw the grass out from under the deck and leaves stripes of cut grass in cut you just made

great lawn mower but I'm disappointed the store sold it to me at $2700 when online it's $2100.. what a rip off. great turning radius, good power and easy to use. I recommend it for those who are looking for something that is affordable.

Brand new cub cadet 50 inch mower... drove it onto the trailer 2 days ago when i bought it... drove it off the trailer when i got home and put it in the shed... when the espensive bagger arrived i went to get it into the garage to put the bagger on and it got half way there and lost all movement... the engine runs but it wont go forward or backward and the brakes (both regular and parking brake do not work... so i got looking and found the drive wheel had no bolt holding it on and no hubcap... it slipped off the axle enough that it lost its ability to move... this is brand new... less than an hour on the machine... i will be happy to update the review if i can get someone from your company to send me the parts that i paid for and didnt get... because i actually was under the impression i bought a complete machine... im going to go ahead and enter the sweepstakes in the hopes that the winning prize is a wheel bolt, washer and a hubcap

I purchased this tractor in 11/21. After just a few mows the belt popped off. I had it put back on. The mower was stored under my house for the winter. Took it out in the spring to use and the belt has come off 2 more times. Last week the battery was dead. Today after charging the battery and trying to start the mower gas was pouring out of the carburetor. This mower only has 10 hours of use. The only thing anyone is willing to do is send it out for repair. Not acceptable. I want my $ back

When we took delivery of our xt1 lt50 it has a battery that wasn’t strong enough to turn over the engine. Nothing that a Battery charger can’t fix.

Since the mower was delivered yesterday, I have no input in the cutting ability at this point. I bought the mower with HD's offer of 24 mo's no interest financing to replace an old Craftsman that had done a great job but was starting to show it's sixteen year age. I has it delivered curbside (a little less that 2 weeks) from order to delivery. A shoutout to the delivery driver he was very careful about the whole process. My gripe is the owners manual, do not attempt to adjust your eyes that is the way it came. Thank you Cub Cadet.

Got it delivered it had some paint issues on mower deck and wheel was rubbing on discharge should. If I hit a small bump it would shut mower off. And I'm 155 pounds. The seat safety is overly sensitive. Also seat hurts my back. My old cub doesn't do any of these things.

Well I wish I could tell you that the lawnmower runs great and it was in pristine condition when it arrived however, I can’t. It did arrive earlier than expected which I was grateful except that it was all crated up and the steering wheel and the side of it is all disassembled. One week later, it’s still sitting in the crate in my yard because I am an elderly woman that now needs to find someone to uncrate it

I bought this used with under 2 hours on it ,pretty much brand new... I tried to transfer the warranty And was told it is non transferable, So be aware when buying something used that is practically brand new

Once I put together and started riding it. The right axel and wheel came off. The nut came off. it seems who ever put it together stripped the nut and left it loose. I had to go buy a new one and screwed it on. I'm not sure if Home Depot or Cub Cadet installs it. Very dissatisfied after spending $1699 on a premium product. I can't recommend this brand to anyone after an initial poor experience.
