Steak knives won't cut fruit or much else
Terrible steak knives. They couldn't even slice an apple. I donated the steak knives to goodwill. I liked some of the other knives, but overall, very disappointing.

Graphix 15 Piece Cutlery Block Set
Very nice set of knives, I particularly like the large bladed knife. The only con would be that I wish the serrated area on the steak knives extended further on the blade.

My Cuisinart Block Knife Set
Very happy thus far with my knife block set. Awesome having new and sharp knives to work with. Thrilled it came with a knife sharpener and kitchen shears. Trimmed my fresh green beans with them and it was a cinch!

Works well
The knives work well. As a personal preference we would prefer meater handles on the steak knives and non-serated steak knives. Otherwise, it's a nice set.

Disappointed with Quality
Knives are not at all what I expected, they are very lightweight and very flimsy and not sharp at all for cooking.

Great Everyday Knives

Lightweight
Very lightweight and much smaller block and handles than my last knife set. Very sharp and easy sharpened. Overall good set. The lightweight feels like they are on the cheap side. Their performance is good though.

Not dishwasher safe
Very sharp - not very dishwasher friendly. I’m sure most knife connoisseurs would say NEVER dishwash a knife because it can dull a blade. I say don’t do it because it caused a smidge of rust.
