The coffee pot function is nice. The reservoir for filling it up takes some prescision to pour the water in, but found a special purpose cup to pour in without spilling. The K-cup side works fine, however, it would be nice to have a water temperature setting. Coffee ends up being luke warm not hot which is disappointing.

Coffee stays hot for hours without the old coffee taste ! Nice looking on counter,small footprint for all it does! I always come back to Cuisinart!

The carafe does not keep the coffee warm and the single serve side needs to be elevated or it splatters all over the counter. I read these things in the reviews before buying and bought anyway. The reviews are true.

Good coffee maker. The carafe is not the best for pouring out. When filling water or dispensing coffe holds about a half a cup that only comes out when turned completely upside down. This leads to splashing all over counter

I love the ability to use either single serve pods or make a carafe. I have used both capabilities several times. The only reason I did not give it a five-star rating is the last one developed a leak after 2 1/2 years and we do not use it every day. I would recommend it to my friends.

I love this coffee pot and Cuisinart holds up really well. My only complaint is that from day 1 the individual cup side splatters coffee all the way around! This is really ridiculous. I asked a friend and hers does the same thing.

Coffee maker is a very nice addition to my kitchen but the water tank leaks where it joins with the base.

I bought this to replace my Cuisinart coffeemaker without the single serve option. Same great coffee! Unfortunately, pouring water into the coffee maker is very difficult. The reservoir is in the center of the machine. You must reach across the single serve reservoir, the basket for the ground coffee, or the water filter to fill the reservoir for a pot of coffee. This is very awkward and usually results in spillage.

I’ve gone through SIX k-word brewers in the last year. My husband’s old reliable black & decker finally died after five years of hard use. He loves having a full pot in the morning and I love making a single cup in the evening. I swore I wasn’t giving the k-people any more money, as they flat refused to warranty their faulty crap a seventh time. This brewer was the best investment we’ve made in our kitchen in a long time.

Nice coffee station. My only suggestion is a reading of how much coffee left in pot.

This is the absolute best coffee maker we have ever owned. I can not recommend it any higher. It makes delicious coffee along with the convenience of having a pod when you don’t want a whole pot

This coffeemaker doesn't seem to brew the coffee as hot as my previous one but the stainless steel pot keeps it warm longer than the glass pot. The lip on the pot doesn't allow you to pour out the pot's contents as easily as the lip on the glass pot but overall it's a decent coffeemaker for the price if you want both traditional brewing and pods. If that's not a priority, skip this one and spend a little more for the next level of coffeemakers.

So easy to use and the stainless steel pot keeps your coffee hot! If you want a quick hot chocolate or one cup of coffee, the K-cups are right there on the right side to use. Very convenient!

Love this new coffee maker. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee at a good temperature for a long time - no more keeping the warming plate on for 2 hours. The single serve is perfect for making a travel mug to go.

We are returning the coffeemaker today! Very noisy! We’ll be purchasing the glass pot instead and hopefully won’t be noisy! We still have our original Cuisinart and love it wanted the one with single cup.

Awesome Coffee Center!! Thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours, and no hot plate to deal with, or hot machine when you take out the grounds, everything is cool!!! Quick to make the coffee!! Love my machine

I have used Cuisanart products for years and this will be my last. Pot leaks and is not made of the usual quality.
