Works great! Burgers, steaks, and Chicken breast come out sooo good. The sear feature works good, top and bottom temperature control are nice to have, plus the ability to set the top to different lowered positions really helps. Wish it had a timer but that's a very small complaint.

Sear means sear. Like this very much. Heats up quickly. Does its job. Works for even thicker cuts of meat. Seems to heat more evenly than my old different brand countertop grill. When it is 116 or hotter here, it is nice to be able to grill indoors.

This product is so useful. I use it every day to make breakfasts.

This is my second Griddler. It’s an upgrade over the older and smaller one. I use it every day to make toast for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. I love how I can ratchet up the top grill and suspend it over bread or meat to melt cheese without touching it. It cooks awesome burgers, hotdogs, steaks, chicken tenders and panini sandwiches. I even make crispy tacos in my Griddler. It’s my “can’t live without” small kitchen appliance.

Have cooked lamb chops, hamburgers, chicken cutlets, veal chops, corn on the cob, onions, peppers, carrots and zucchini. They all came out perfect.

Most versatile griddle I have ever owned. I need no other utensils because this works as two independent cook tops. I could give so many examples how many ways to use this griddle but discovering it’s uses is part of the fun. Clean up is way too easy!

Excellent product. Can do it all! Very easy to clean. We use it so often I just made a space for it on the counter.

Doesn’t seem to brown pancakes, French toast etc the way I am used to with my old electric griddle. I will give it a while but not crazy about it so far, kind of heavyweight...

Used the grill several times. Works well for grilling meats. Also used it for grilling sandwiches and making pancakes. Love the ability to remove grilling plates for washing. Since I’m single, it’s a great size. No problems so far!

I like to open it 180° and grill ribs on it. It is very convenient to take off the grill and put them in the dishwasher. Different levels allow you to cook thick pieces of bread, meat etc. as well. I

I love this so much that it may be my go-to for wedding gifts, house warming, etc!

love our Griddler Deluxe! the only hiccup we had (which was quickly replaced by Cuisinart at no charge) was the drip pan... over time it didn't fit flush against the unit and we had some leakage between the pan and griddler. The new pan fits great! 5 stars for the product and customer service!

One of my favorite cooking tools ever. Amazingly easy to use and clean. Everyone needs one of these in their kitchen!!!!!

Used it for a few months now, really like it! Have made burgers, sausages, grilled veggies, steaks and got the non-cuisinart manufactured waffle plates (don't know why they don't make them, wish they did) so also made waffles. Sometimes the liquid/fat excess doesn't all end up in the gathering container, but usually the leak is fairly small and easily remedied by putting the griddler on something I can toss like a paper towel. Wish the power cord was longer. Despite these (in my view) minor annoyances, quite happy with this!

This is a great indoor grill. It doesn't produce any smoke in the kitchen, and yet I still get those burgers with a grilled flavor. It is easy to use as a grill, for burgers, steaks or chicken; and it opens up completely flat to be used as a griddle for pancakes or other breakfast foods. With just a quick rinse in the sink, it cleans beautifully in the dishwasher. Great product and easy to maintain.

We use this as a portable grill. We take it with us when we don’t know if a gas or charcoal grill would be available. Works well with burgers, fish or sandwiches. It is fairly new yet but I am sure we will find many more uses.

Like how it cooks various foods rapidly, both sides at the same time if you so choose, and easy to clean in the dishwasher. Disappointed that the sear function just doesn't seem to get the level of sear I was expecting.

This is permanently on my counter top. We use it daily. Since even the house gets up at a different time it makes breakfast easy for all. A couple sausage patties or pieces of bacon and a couple eggs cook at the same time. We grill on it for dinner. Hot dogs, brats, burgers all turn out great on this. It makes the 14 year old fully capable of making meals on his own it he is hungry after school. We all love our griddler!!!!

This is a great grill! Fast, two-sided and makes the best bacon in a fraction of the time! Easy to clean and we never have to grill outside again!

We love our griddler! The sear function makes a huge difference. Highly recommend! This was our quarantine gift to each other.

I love my new grill! I recently down-sized to a new apartment and quickly realize how much I missed que-ing up a couple steaks. This grill is the perfect size for my indoor grilling! It's easy to operate, and very well made! I just love it!

Griddler is a great all in one appliance.

Have had griddler only about a month and have only used grill side for hamburgers. Did great. Juicy. But we didn't follow recipe because we like ours rare to medium rare. I adapted way to use grill, just used lower grill, quick sear each side, and it produced a wonderfully juicy hamburger. Seems very well made. All parts fit, easy to fit and take out grill plates. Not too hard to wash. Directions easy to follow. I want to try paninis and see how they turn out. I think learning to make items to our taste might require some time, but the basic unit itself is good and is adaptable to what you try. Really like the sear feature and the top grill adjusting to where you want it over the lower grill.

I am so glad I purchased the Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe. It does everything I hoped it would do and more. Have a few Cusinart products and love all of them.

Very Nice Grill. Already grilled hamburgers and vegetables on it and planning to grill hot dogs and chicken soon. Plenty of space for 4 larger hamburgers. Was easy to clean up afterwards. The plates are easy to remove for flipping over to use the other side or for cleaning. I like the adjustable height lid, it's easy to adjust, and I didn't end up with flattened hamburgers. I rather cringed at the price, but I'm trying to buy "smart", and I'm very happy that I chose this grill. it is well worth it. I
