If you are a grilled sandwich lover this is the appliance for you. We have made Reubens and Philly cheese panini’s so far. The large size cooks two generous sandwiches at once in 3 minutes. The digital temperature gage and timer take any guess work out of making the perfect sandwich. The removable grilling plates make cleanup easy. The plates are two sided, one side is a flat griddle and the other is rippled plate. We are finding lots of uses for this great appliance.

I love that you can set the upper and lower griddles to different temperatures. This is such a versatile cooking appliance. Burgers, steaks, polish sausage, Reuben sandwiches, the list goes on.

This grill is easy to use and great to grill on. I received this as a birthday present from my son. My first thought was "something else to learn how to use", but it was not at all difficult. Grilling can be fun and my husband likes this as well.

I normally cook on stainless steel, and I purchased the Cuisinart pan because of its enamel interior. My first experience with it was not a particularly good one. Everything stuck to it, no doubt because I did not adequately prepare the surface. My other attempts were more successful because I was more aware of the temperature and of allowing enough of a coating of oil to be able to cook the food without it bonding to the surface. It’s a beautiful and weighty pan that will withstand the oven or stovetop and deliver, I would expect, years of service. I purchased the bottle of special cleaner as well as the scrub brush specifically designed for this Cuisinart pan.

Great addition to the kitchen for any serious cook.

Works very well, so far I’ve done grilled vegetables, steak, tuna melt, grilled cheese and pancakes. Everything came out great and the best part is it cleans up effortlessly, much better than my old Wolfgang grill. I also like the way the top grill can “hover” over the food, this works well when you want to melt cheese on top of whatever you’re cooking. The only problem I had is that after doing grilled vegetables the other day, it decided to shut itself off. Just the grills, not the unit. Power was still displayed but the grilling surface would not turn on no matter what I did with the controls. I decided to clean it off and disconnect it. The next day it was fine, no problem. Maybe the elements overheated because I was using it for a long time? It’s ok now. All said and done, I definitely would recommend it.

Got this as a Christmas gift for myself, and love it. The flexibility of being able to change the configuration from full flat grill to panini press (with varied levels of press) is awesome. And clean up is as easy as they say - hot soapy wipe and rinse with an occasional trip in the dishwasher and they are still looking new more than a month later.

I love the versatility that the griddler gives me in preparing meals. My only concern is the ease in being able to lock and adjust the plates. The book does not give specific instructions and the lock is difficult to operate.

The only griddle with even heating!! Love how easy it is to use! Panini and grilled meats are delicious....Love that you can change the type of grill plate you use!

Finally a convenient way to catch the drippings. The grill is designed to let the drippings drain out the back to a tray that can be removed. And there’s a lock on the lid to allow you to melt cheese on a burger.

The Griddler is great so far. We have had another popular grill device (several times actually) in the past - The Griddler far exceeds anything that other one thought of being. Wish we had switched earlier. This one cooks evenly, adjusts to varying food depths, cleans up so easily, stores well. Can't think of a thing I would change.

I absolutely love this! I considered this purchase for several years and finally picked it up. It is such a versatile unit and I can't wait to try it with a steak!

This grill was a replacement for a grill we had for years and loved. This new grill had a lot of performance to live up to...and it definitely has! Cooks really well, easy to clean up, two cooking surfaces, large drip tray! What else can you ask for!

This is my second griddler. The first one was great and this one is even better. I am especially glad that it has a larger Grease collection pan

We replaced an older model. We ended up going with this model as my husband uses it the most. I like the display as easy to read for an older person. My husband loves using this. We like the additional space, being able to heat the top of the sandwich without the cheese sticking to the griddle, and the ability to sear. It is definitely larger for storage or counter space but I think worth it.

Love it! French Toast in like 3 minutes and steaks in like 6 minutes. Easy to clean and use.

I love the way it seats steaks. However I hate the way it smokes. Fills the house. I have to set it on a cookie sheet on the stove to cook because there is not room to open it fully if it is on the counter.

It preheat quickly and grills evenly. There should be a larger channel from the back of the plates to the grease collector. It would be nice to also have a tilt function on the device too allow grease to run off the plates better.

I had an old cusinart grill but the drip tray kept falling off the back and it was not easy to clean, so I bought a new one. It get's hot so be careful of the temperature

This has been a much used kitchen appliance! The removal griddle plates are so convenient. Try using it to heat leftover pizza! Amazing.

The metal body of our unit cracked and we did receive a new unit under warranty..and we were told only remainder of warranty \was availableto us.. SInce we received a new unit we want a new full warranty...as we never had a product were a seemingly solid metal base cracked and exposed my wife a very fearful event where she thought it would blow up or electrocute her@@!!

This is the second Elite that I've purchased. It is so versatile. Steaks, chicken and fish grill to perfection and the ability to use it flat for cooking pancakes, eggs, etc. is wonderful. Paninis made with the Elite come out perfectly. I replaced an older model that started acting up after several years of heavy use. The non-stick finish on the new one is much better, although I still will always wash the grilling plates by hand. This is a great appliance to have in any kitchen.

Good features, but unreliable or not very durable. The digital control over each plate, the ability to fold flat for pancakes, etc., and the sear options are perfect. Unfortunately, we are on our 2nd unit, and are waiting for the 3rd unit as a replacement for the replacement (still hasn't arrived after 1 month). I thought the sealed plates that are the actual heating element was a good idea. I am thinking those two pins that have to plug into the base are now a very weak point.

Love my new indoor grill!! Burgers, hot dogs, lamb chops, chicken all taste great. It’s a pleasure to clean it too!!

Griddler Elite is excellent! I've used it twice thus far - chicken was awesome! Would recommend this product if you want to shorten your time from grill to serving (vs. outside grill), ease of clean-up and a delicious serving.
