I ONLY WANTED THE WHITE COVER PART AND TIP NOT THE CHROM FAUSIT

Contrary to what it’s packaging says, it doesn’t fit ALL valve stems. Still probably a good fix for 90% of the stuff out there.

The universal faucet handle did not work out for me. The screws supplied were too short, and it leaked with a longer screw. I will be returning it.

It was exactly what I expected and the process went smoothly

Despite all the possible attachments included none fit. I would not call this a universal piece of equipment.

This had many different adapter options for all the spline configurations that are out there. This made it very easy to complete the job on my shower.

Good quality and comes with multiple adapters to work with any type of valve stem.

The product is made nicely however this item did not work well as a universal replacement for a 20 spline tub faucet. The handle fastened to the faucet however when turning the faucet on, it loosened the screw that holds it all together. Turning the faucet off tightened it back up.

Good quality item, l made a mistake on buying this for my bathtub handle, this is NOT for a that.

The Replacement lever is easy to install and works OK, but doesn’t seat completely on the value stems on the sinks that we replaced the handles with.

It says universal but it did not fit on our bathtub.

Not even close to being "universal". It fits but will not properly work on the Delta quarter turn style faucets.

overpriced and did not fit well. I was so disgusted with the poor fit I bought a new faucet to replace the broken one. Furthermore this is not the correct picture of what I purchased. Home Depot has really gone down hill. They seem to be more interested in home decor than good replacement part or service for that matter.

not universal

The handle was easy to install, but almost immediately the white center which is plastic started moving off center as the handle was turned. I'm using it as a temporary handle, but I wouldn't buy it for a permanent replacement even though it is attactive.

Didn’t fit the handle I had. Returned it! Complicated instructions!

Did not fit my valves. Not as universal as suggested on the packaging. The universal adaptor was poor. The adaptor had 3 tightening screws which did not allow for it to be centered on the valve.

It worked and stopped the leak since their were issues with my other handles!

Looks great

Very good handles, attractive, but the accompanying “chromed" misc fixtures were not so good. The claim that these are a universally usable with whatever setup, not quite the case. Also, the gauge and various cubes to be used have key numbers on them that cannot be seen unless you are 15 years old.

If no stars were an option I would give that rating to this product. The packaging makes the false claim that this handle will fit any faucet. Not even close! After a 75 mile one way drive to get this product from Home Depot, it is most disappointing to find it will not work on my lavatory faucet. This part is is far to short to be an adequate replacement part. The included allen wrench also does not fit the set screws on the included adapter. 3/4 inch gap between the bottom of this part and the faucet part it should fit over. Very disappointed.

Nice product and easy to install. Offers a lot of options on how to mount it. Will use this product again.
