The ease of use is great

tried to use this late afternoon on a cloudy day, the line was only barely visible at 6 ft and not all at 8. Returned and paid the pick bucks for the 3 beam green laser. Did not try inside

This level works well indoors.

Laser beam is not clean and sharp.

Easy to set up. Used first thing when delivered to install cabinets and electrical boxes. Very accurate. Although the batteries that came with it were dead, I already had a backup set of batteries. Would recommend this product to anyone in the trades.

I bought the product to help build soffits,the laser was a quarter of an inch out.therefore all soffits didn't turn out to be level

The vertical beam never worked from day one. The perpendicular beam worked twice briefly and then never again. Fortunately the horizontal beam works most of time but if I recheck previous work I always get different readings.

I purchased this Dewalt DW089K laser unit a few years ago and I can say that this is one of the most useful purchases I have made where it comes to tools. This laser has never let me down. I have used it to line up kitchen cabinets, ceramic tiles, shelves, pictures, and even micro LED ceiling pot lights. I use it mainly indoors and the red color is great for my uses. Next I plan on using it to install some wall trim in some areas of my house. I also like that it uses AA batteries, which means that the unit will either become obsolete or breakdown in time before I every worry that proprietary batteries would become obsolete and become hard to find years down the road. What can I say other than treat this tool with care and it should give you years of great service and amazing results too. I would highly recommend this this tool without any reservations to anyone looking to purchase a reliable and very useful line laser tool.

Really cuts time out of having to measure and level , what took 30mkns to one hour now take me 15 minutes and honestly that cut back is more than expected

great laser level I do framing and I use it lots deferent ways like on rake walls, chimney, stair rails, for strait lines and also to level walls I love it and is so easy to operate and so accurate.

The tool is great. However, I cannot register the product on Dewalt.com. It’s a real bummer. I’ve previously lost one on a job site, that I had not registered. This new one was a replacement.
