Two star was not for the product but for the staff that walk around me and did not cure and when they tried to help, they did not know the product and had to by another peace after

Drill stopped working after a few months of normal use. Tried filing a warranty claim, but have to ship it to the service center and pay $89. I'll get the money refunded if the service center deems the fail a defect, and not normal wear and tear. I also bought the extended warranty, but that doesn't kick in until after the 3 year warranty, and they have the same stipulations. I have other dewalt cordless tools that work well, but this one does not live up to the dewalt name.

Has plenty of torque and still on the 4 amp hour battery still has plenty of power left should handle any project I have in the future

Its just as strong as the larger models but gets in those tight places. I love it! And DeWalt lasts too. Ive had the same drills and impacts and batteries for over 3 years and use them all every day.

Great little tool. Very compact so it fits in small spaces. I like the 3 speed feature for delicate work

Delivered on time. I have had it a month. Super compact and I love the belt clip to keep it at the ready during my projects. This is a great tool. I wish I had it when I replaced a fence a few years ago and got trigger thumb from my old battery screwdriver. This definitely takes the pressure off my hands. Great bag for transporting my batteries and charger.
