Works as intended. I like the extended length of this saw, because it gives me enough leverage. The only issue I have with the saw is that the much ballyhooed coating isn't that great at all. Within my second day of usage, the coating was already peeling. Now, it is mostly peeling on the blade edges, probably due to friction, but that's a pretty fast time frame to start seeing that. Other than that issue, the blade does what it was intended to do. I've only used it to cut thick tree branches so far. It is quite sharp and gets the job done. I don't know how long it'll last, but for now I'm hoping it'll last quite a while.

Hey!! Who needs to string out extension cords, a circular saw and then put it all away when you have this kick butt hand saw! I cut thru 4x4s in less time than I could have with a circ saw. Taking in the fact of marking the other side then rolling it over to cut. Yup I luv my Dewalt hand saw. Aggressive teeth, strong backbone, comfortable hand grip and a great color.

I am glad I spent the extra money to buy this saw. I couldn't believe how easy it is to cut with. It is a joy cutting wood with this saw.

Cut easily through 4”x4” hard oak. Not as fast as a chainsaw. Not as expensive as a chainsaw either. Takes up almost no space in the tool box. No maintenance needed.

Worked perfectly. I used it to cut up my mailbox post which contained thick wood, and the saw allowed me to cut up my post verily easily.

This saw will last forever almost and cuts fast and quick I do recommend this saw

The saw cuts rapidly and cleanly. My only suggestion would be to increase the thickness of the blade a bit.

The saw was terrible for trying to cut a board. Would never buy one again.

Cool hand saw had to replace my old one but this one works great for the job needed.

blade is not too sturdy.

All teeth of the saw are 90 degree angle facing out. It was hard to start cutting. That is easily mess the line.

Doesn't cut like it used to

I needed a compact, sturdy saw for small projects like trimming trees and cutting two by fours. This saw fits the bill and does exactly the job I want it for. And it was a good buy.

Could be longer and sturdier. Otherwise great saw and got the job done.
