I purchased this jacket in December 2022. I wrote DeWalt customer service in January 2023 about missing teeth on the zipper. They directed me to Radians. Radians sent me a prompt response “I am going to send this to my quality manager and I’ll follow up with you…” Fast forward to today and the zipper consistently separates from the bottom. I’m writing this review because there’s been no follow up from Radians. Don’t expect DeWalt (or any) service when this product fails.

The battery is way to bulky

This jacket only turns on one out of ten times then it doesnt stay on for more than a few minutes. Not worth the money. Very disappointing.

It was supppose to show up on the 17th and it didnt. Cant get an answer on when to expect it. Its not even in the mail yet. Totally unprofessional

Ordered a 2XL & received a L, so had to return for a refund (still waiting on) and order again

It may just be me but the arms are long. I don't know if everyone has that problem but not only are they long but they don't strap tight around the wrist.

Fits nicely and works well

The jacket powers down after a period of time. Maybe that is part of the design.

Would be nice if it came in the box

Delivery was delayed, but I received notice informing me and it arrived in time for when I actually needed it. The jacket is exactly what we hoped for and fit perfect!!

My product arrived sooner than expected and was in a sturdy, well packed box that was excellent for gift giving. The jacket was heavy and well constructed just as the product reviews stated it would be. The battery pack and charger were included. My son was thrilled with this gift. The jacket heated up in a few minutes and will definitely keep him warm when he is at hockey games and practices. I would purchase this product again if the need arises and I recommend this seller

Really tight and uncomfortable in the arm pits.

Works great. I am outside working the midnight shift and it keeps me warm all morning. I use a 3ah battery and on med. lasts 6 hours.. the 2ah battery lasts ruffly 4 hours. A nice addition to the Dewalt family..
