This is my second dewalt rolling box. They are bery sturdy. The wheels and handle have held up well after a year of abuse. My only complaint is that if they get rained on when you open the lid it will dump water into the box. So if there is standing water on the lid tip it over while it is still locked up to clear the top of water before opening.

More attention needs to addressed, with the content someone would place in this tool box. Individual tools placed in the box as it sits in the horizontal position become a mess when carried by to handle that forces the tool box to be switched to the vertical and back again to be accessed. Some type of divider system or rack needs to be added.

Shipping I would say poor because the handle was broken on one side upon arrival. But that being said I do really like the unit as a whole. It will handle a considerable amount of weight and pulls or pushes easily.
