had a 25 year old motion sensor to replace. this one is clearly made cheaper. the adjustments and length of sensor head are not conducive for eave mount. i ended up cobbling the 2 together but it still does not provide desired angle of movement.

Overall I really thought this would be a good option for me. There are many times that it won't pick up motion and light up the yard. I did read in the instructions that if the body temperature matches ambient to closely it won't activate the motion detector? Anyway, anymore I am surprised more when it works over when it doesn't. I will have to play with the sensor position a little more and keep trying to reset the light and hopefully will get more consistent operation of the light.

I will be replacing these motion lights. I have 2 outside my garage.. sometimes they turn on right away, other times I can walk right up to and past it, either doesn’t turn on or turns on several seconds after I’ve walked by. This thing has one purpose and it’s to detect motion and turn on. It does not reliably perform this task.

Installation was easy and it is working great.

This light only works correctly in daylight, in "test" mode. When it gets dark, the motion sensor lights up but does not turn on the lights. I read and re-read the instructions, watched the videos, called the manufacturer, with no results. Weeks of frustration Junk.

Easy to install with minimal skill required. The covers for the bulbs are pretty thin and only attach with a very small nipple that sticks up and you rotate the lighting cover onto it. The adjustments to position the lights is a bit wonky at the back plate, but its an inexpensive light and you get what you pay for. Works as advertised and great for dimmable and two stage lights.

It's just what I wanted, set it and forget it.

Ordered 2 motion sensor flood lights Both lights came robbed of motion sensors. Tried 1 1/2 hiurs to call store. No answer. No resolution

Good value for the price . Replacing same model that didn’t last long (maybe 3 yrs) it isn’t used often but since it has been there, I’ve replaced it maybe three times. the earlier models lasted forever.

Good but not great. Range not as advertised.

I like the I light. However, the kit was missing the essential part. The kit was missing the mounting bolt that secured the light to the housing.I had to spend $1.83 plus gas and time to buy a bolt from the local hardware store. The company needs to work on quality control.

Easy install cause replacing and older model flood light ... did take a few days before i got the settings working the way i wanted... motion detector not as sensitive as older model i had... so takes some tweeking to get it aimed well enough for our setup our previous model (heathkit) had 270deg field of view of motion detection this model has 180deg which explains less sensitivity at the edge i really like the dual bright feature...just like our previous model (heathkit). The lowerer light setting is more than sufficient to illuminate an area and not be a blinding light ...when motion detected it comes on full bright and that lets me know something is out there also when taking dog out late at night it comes on full bright..perfectly

The lights on this unit can not be directed up or down, only side to side which means they aim to the sides and slightly upward. If you want to illuminate the sky or trees then this will work great. If you want to illuminate the areas where you actually walk, park, etc (in other words, where it's needed) DO NOT buy this light.

Have had no success having it work correctly...

Very rudimentary lighting fixture. Poor water resistance. Light program is easy to set. Basic, no frills, fixture.

The light works as advertised!

Installation was easy. Is was a little difficult turning the lamp posts to the side and tightening the rings. Had to use a pliers the screw to tighten the sensor position is small. The test setting for setting up the sensor range works well.

Oh my goodness, after I went nose to nose with a raccoon the other night, I decided it was time to put some light on the subject. This unit was a quick install and I love the light now whenever anything moves in my backyard.
