We purchsed these for majority of our doors and they are contstantly broken and need fixing.

Handle has broken off twice and was once replaced. Love the look but it is not the quality I was expecting.

I bought 7 of these. They work great and look nice.

Definitely need to apply super glue to knob before using. Prepare to replace knob.

I’ve replaced this knob FIVE times in 3 years! The inside pieces break and will leave you stuck inside or outside of a room when you turn the knob and it wont catch to open the door! I just spent the better part of an hour trying to take the knob apart while locked in my own bedroom with no tools.

If you're looking for door knobs that fall off constantly, screws that easily strip when you try to tighten them to stop the knobs from falling off and for the rod inside to snap off after a year of use than this is the right product for you. THESE ARE COMPLETE GARBAGE. Don't waste your money.

This is such bad quality. This is the 3rd one I purchased and they all break within a few weeks. Absolute JUNK.

EXCELLENT EASY TO INSTALL

Used it to replace what I think was an original mechanism in a 1911 house. Fit the hole in the door well enough that no new holes needed to be drilled. I love it when a fix doesn't make more work.

This is a cheap product. Tried two times to buy and install and couldn’t get the screw out to switch the striker.

Do not purchase this product, EVER! HORRIBLE, worthless JUNK! Complete garbage! This should have been discontinued like five years ago. For the record, I would have given it negative stars but I put one because I had to put something to post this which hopefully prevents other consumers from buying this poor, disgusting product. Fit perfectly in the old door I put it in. Easy to install

Metal pieces were scratched and the screw to the knob is very easy to strip. Would not buy again

Fit and finish was very good especially for its cost.Direction were clear and easy to follow.Direction include instruction on how to reverse for a left open door. Was very easy to reverse.

If only I could give this a zero rating. Have replaced several of these on different doors that have failed locking people in the room they are in. The last one lasted less than 6 months. The internal mechanism that pulls the latch pin back is poorly designed, made of soft metal, and fails in a manner which leaves the door latched shut. Will be seeking better quality through a different vendor.

The lock is very similar in size of the older locks used years ago. It was easy to install.

Parts wouldn't even fit together, shaft too big for hole in lock, also slightly bent. Apparently no quality control. Will be returning to store.

Looks great. Fits in our old farmhouse.

Absolute garbage! Glass handle separated form the knob in 2 days. Listen to everybody here and do not waste your money.

The lock fit my basement door so perfectly well. It was a livesafer!
