These are pretty good lock sets, I use Defiant stuff on all our rental units. They work well, not too expensive so cheap enough to change when tenants move out and you need to do a lock change etc. THe best part is when you use the same brand you usually just need to change the lock or knobs and leave the latches as is so you have lots of extras in case of a problem. This one I used on my tool room/workshop at one of the units. IMO very secure, easy to install nice look. Solid construction and I like the color.
