This shelf just got delivered and as soon as I opened it, I got right on the phone with customer service. This product seems like such good price, and that is for a reason. It thought maybe the others had just gotten a bad one by bad luck. Nope. These are so poorly made. The stain even still felt wet a bit. They definitely should put a coat of polyurethane on them. The holes are so badly misaligned. The shelves feel real sloppy on the mounts as well. the eyes of the boards were even freshly cut, the were just left rough like the end of framing lumber. There's also a large chuck taken off from one of the corners. Once, again......DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

One hole was not drilled out properly on one of the wood shelves. Another shelf had a large ding on one edge. Overall poor workmanship.

The shelves look beautiful and the price was very fair. We ordered the dark wood ones but we’re expecting a more cherry wood and they were more of a very dark brown. That would be our only complaint. Other than that they are perfect! Hung in kitchen and had plenty of space for decor, plants, & even dish towels.

The appearance of the shelving unit I received was just as advertised. Unfortunately, as others have reported, the mounting holes drilled on the back of two of the shelves were grossly out of alignment with each other and one of the holes in the third shelf was only drilled to half of the required depth. I debated returning this unit but really liked the look of them so I called Del Hutson Designs and they happily agreed to send out three new shelves at no charge (nice customer service).The new shelves arrived quickly and all mounting holes on these new shelves were lined up.

The holes in the shelves for the bracket posts were not drilled remotely straight so when assembled the entire shelving unit was twisted

I was hoping it wouldn't happen to me, but as many other reviewers remarked, the holes in the shelves were not drilled deep enough. I couldn't put them on. Returned.

Although the holes did not match up properly I had a Carpenter adjust it and it went up and looks gorgeous

I returned my purchase. I wanted GRAY but you sent me another color. I would have appreciated if you had contacted me so I could have chosen another color. As a customer I felt you should have given me that privilege/choice.

The shelf was easy to put together and looks fantastic above the toilet in my spare bathroom!

I called home depot about the issue. The predrilled holes of one of the peices of wood was drilled on the wrong side of the wood and they don't meet up with the metal poles. Only one piece of the wood doesn't match up.

The holes didn’t line up whatsoever

Love everything about this piece, but the color is very different on each piece so that is frustrating.

The quality of the wood was very poorly made and painted.

Recieved the shelf and the metal pronge that the shelf goes onto was BENT!!!! It looks like a $20 shelf that anyone could make! Wish i never bought it

Great looking, only complaint is the middle shelf back holes did not line up with the metal frame. Had to drill my own holes to make it work.

Shelf holes do not line up and was expecting the color of wood to be more weathered gray

The pre drilled holes did not line up so i could not install on the wall. i had return it

I love this wall shelf. Easy to install too. I took off a star because all 3 of the shelves were a bit too “rustic” for me. One had a few holes, and two were not totally flat.

I love it! Exactly the look I was going for.

Love my shelf! It is going to be perfect for my newly remodeled bathroom

The metal brackets were a little bent so it was hard to push the wood on. Due to this, the shelves are not 100% leveled.
