Love this set of shelves.

Sturdy, easy to put together and looks nice at a glance but wood has numerous flaws. Disappointed in quality control. For the price, I expected better quality..

I am unable to hang my shelf up after receiving it shipped to my home. One of the wood shelves has 1 hole for mounting on the opposite side as the other. I either have to return it or drill a new hole on one side and have one visible hole facing out. The entire point of buying this shelf instead of just building one myself is I wanted a quick solution to a storage issue in my kitchen as I have many other projects going already. I can now see that spending more didn't equal time saved and it wasn't worth it.

Very attractive, went up easily. Perfect accent for my bathroom adding a little extra shelf space. I bought the darker finish first but returned, would have been beautiful in a different home and the lighter oak color worked best. Nice and sturdy!

I ordered 2 sets of these shelves in dark walnut. Only ONE shelf out of the 6 pieces of wood was painted a dark walnut color. Very odd and there is definitely a quality control issue here. Other than that the shelves were easy to put up and I love the look of them. Just have one dark shelf, oh well!

Love these shelves. Fit perfectly with my beach theme bathroom. Love the natural wood look. Ive gotten many compliments on the unit. I found it cheaper at Home Depot than other stores, and you cant beat the fast ship to store/curbside pickup

Horrible product. No quality control. Shipping to us with staples in the front! Holes for brackets not centered and not leveled. Can't even mount them.. Worst product ever purchased for HD.... save your $ and avoid these shelves.

The packaging did not come with instructions but it was very easy to install. Love how it looks.

first set had to be returned; second required re-drilling holes and use of a rubber mallet but finished job satisfactory

The product looks pretty and is exactly what I ordered. You are suppose to mount the brackets and essentially slide the wood shelves onto the bracket with the pre-drilled holes. Well this only works if the holes are straight... One piece worked fine, the second piece would only slide about half way on because the holes weren't drilled deep enough and the third piece the wholes were off center and it would not even fit on the bracket. Sadly, this item had to be returned as it's not functional as is.

I wish the instructions were more explicit. After hanging the brackets perfectly I then noticed the holes in the shelves where they were suppose to slide onto the brackets too late. So now the shelves are resting on the brackets. Which looks “ok”. It’s too much trouble to rehang and all the damage from the mollys.

Very attractive shelf unit. I did lightly spray the black rails with an oil rubbed bronze to match my décor. Nicely spaced shelves easy to mount. I had one shelf that was not straight and contacted customer service and a replacement shelf was promptly sent out...great customer service!

love this shelf! it was perfect for our project.

I fortunately did not have any issues with this unit. We were looking for something a little rustic and this fits the mark. Since there are three shelves and two support bars I could see things turning ugly if the pre-drilled holes in the shelves or the metal support bars didn't line up but ours were A-OK. It's up and level. As others have noted, a little nicer wood would have been nice. Over all we're pleased.

The holes on the boards are not evenly drilled. We needed to use our drill to lengthen them. Otherwise, it didn't fit and looked misaligned.

Buyer Beware! This product (bought two sets of shelves) was so poorly manufactured, it could not be installed. The holes on the back were as much as 1/2" off and would not align with the supports. The wood is essentially a 2x6 stained and they are not careful with the choice of lumber so the shelves have large imperfections, areas with angled/canted corners (not 90 degrees).

This is a follow-up to our previous review. We are writing a 2nd review so we can lower our previous rating. We purchased the 36” three-tier shelf unit as well as the 24” unit. The 36” unit was reviewed previously. We just installed the 24” unit, and we are LESS impressed. The holes in the back of the boards which slide over the bracket pegs are not drilled correctly. The middle shelf is out of level 1/4”. The shelf above is out of level 1/4” in the opposite direction. How is this even possible??? I checked the brackets for level without the boards installed and the pegs are level to within 1/16” in 2’. With the boards installed, the shelves look terribly crooked. These shelves are going back. We now have 8 holes in our newly refinished bathroom walls that will need to be repaired.

Can't eve say enough about this. The craftsmanship, look, ease of install, every single thing. Just amazing.

Poor Quality Control! I needed 2 shelfs had to order 4 even then they didn't match! Returned all of them!

We purchased this shelving in Sept for our bathroom We purchased several item over several months until we had everything for a bathroom remodel. We are so discussed at the quality of the wood. It can not even be planed to look nice. We tried painting the wood and it didn't help. After this long it can not be returned. Check before the 90 days.

The shelf was very easy to install
