I have a Side Bar Hand Shower and the paint/plating is flaking off the hose. Looks horrible..

This is a perfect addition to our new shower. It doubles as a handheld shower head and also as part of a two-head shower experience. The massage setting is great. Fit, finish, and construction are perfect as well. We used all Delta fixtures with the exception of the Moen grab bar/shelf which blends in well with the Delta Lahara design.

This expensive premium product comes with a cheap plastic hose that won’t unravel nor hang straight. It unusable. For that reason I give it 1 star and I will be returning it.

The cheap plastic hose is completely unusable. Like other reviews note, the hose won’t unravel and does not hang straight. unacceptable for a product in this price range.

The overall unit is good however the product name indicates that this is a "Premium" product and it would be if not for the generic plastic hose. The hose is unmanageable and should not be part of this or any other Delta package. To make this a premium product you will need to order a Delta heavy duty stretchable metal hose in the proper finish to match your personal shower assembly.

Box was open and all the parts were out of the plastic wrapping. Plus there were parts missing. The whole unit is good for a spare bathroom but not the main room.

The sliding bracket will not hold the shower head in position. I’ve adjusted it so many times and had to more or less use the hose to hold it in position, so now the hose is leaking too. Paid a lot of money for this and it is crap.

Delta slide bar hand shower matches my existing delta products. It is works perfectly and water flow is excellent. Well constructed.

Great sturdy shower head it does have a green water flow restrictor that would need to be drilled out, I only remover the rubber ring over the restrictor and my shower is strong enough for me.

Be sure to read what is actually included becuase the stock picture is deceiving. There is no supply elbow included with this shower head so you will have an additional $60 or so expense.

The hand shower looks great in our shower. It has great selection of sprays with a easy to turn shower head. I would recommend this shower spray 100%

The photo of this product is a DECEPTION. the wall mount water supply IS SHOWN IN THE PRODUCT PHOTO...…... It is NOT included. I am a contractor and have installed over 500 bath rooms. I have never came across this problem before. The customer selected the shower as shown, I bought and paid for the product with PARTS MISSING. If the reviews are read by Delta, they can see this is an ONGING PROBLEM and they have ignored this issue. VERY, VERY POOR on Delta's part.

Someone else installed it in new shower. I really like it, and definitely worthwhile investing in.

I really like this. have it in junction with a larger head with a Delta 3 setting valve. Other reviews say the hose twists, well that's just installer error. Common sence will fix this. If the hose is twisted, loosen the nut on the handheld, untwist the hose. While holding the hose in position tighten the nut with out letting the hose twist. Wala, its fixed. I installed this during a remodel, I used the EL, and mounted it low in the shower. Why, So it will reach the other end of the shower for cleaning and to wash the dog when he gets in with me. For the others that complain about the head being Plastic. WELL DA, if it was metal you would have a great chance of having a HOT handle. Delta did a great job with this material. Delta is protecting you and then you complain. Jees, you should thank them everyday. Its easy to adjust up and down, you can turn the head left or right. Up to spray out and down to spray your lower back.
