There were several issues with this item 1. The color varies greatly from the photos online and on the packaging 2. There is an exposed grey gasket that does not match the metal and it not shown in any of the photos or packaging. 3. I was unable to fully install. The handles have a black piece of plastic where you would normally thread on the water supply. I was unable to remove this, and no one was able to tell me if there was some special suppyline or connector. I tried to email Delta several times. I contacted them on social with the photos. I left questions on here as well and did not get a response. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone at Delta. After 15-20 minutes of trying to explain they told me I should return it, which I plan to do.

I love the look but it starting chipping 3 days after the installation

We bought 3 of these faucets for our bathrooms, all in matte black. We've been using them for 9 months, and on all 3 the black has started chipping off the stopper. For the price, I am very unhappy with the fact that the finish is chipping off that quickly. There are also only 2 people living in the house, so they aren't even used very often. Love the look, but overall the quality of these are very poor.

Looks and works great! Really looks nice with the white vanity with black granite I also purchased at Home Depot.

Easy to install. We’ll made. Even had little tool to remove aerator.

Very nice with one exception of the drain stopper not fully stopping water from going down the drain because there is not enough space to pull the knob and the backsplash of the vanity.

Needed a new 3 piece/separate faucet for my bathroom. The style and color is excellent. The installation was also super easy.

I upgraded my bathroom vanity and am pleased with this faucet. Still new so I cannot comment on lasting quality, but appearance wise and recent usage I like how handles move and shut off. Contractor installed in new counter for me and didn’t have any trouble. Over all very happy with faucet.

I purchased the Chamberlain Brushed Nickel widespread bathroom faucet and installed it myself today. Packaging and instructions were good. The faucet is well made with all metal parts. Brass valve stems and nuts. Steel rod and nut for spout. Everything assembled as per instructions and went together well except the rod that inserts into the drain pipe to open/close the stopper was about 2-3 inches too short to line up with the vertical pull rod. I extended it with another rod attached with a couple of small hose clamps. Overall, I’m satisfied with the faucet and expect it to hold up well for many years.

I really liked the brushed nickel finish on the faucet and the way it goes with the countertop and the decoration in the room. The installation was easy and not very difficult at all. I found that I was able to complete the installation in a reasonable amount of time and I am very satisfied with the results and the appearance of the new faucet look.

We got the spotshield brushed nickel faucet for a bathroom remodel. So far so good and no spots. We had a plumber install it.

It absolutely beautiful in our now home. We purchases 4 of them.

I chose this Delta Chamberlain 8 inch widespread, dual-handle bathroom faucet in brushed nickel because it was so elegant looking. It was also very nearly the same design as the one that I was replacing, except better. It was very easy to replace. It took about an hour, which included the removal of the old one. It is super-quiet unlike many other faucets on the market today. The water pressure was perfect as well. I'm sort of hard to please but I would highly recommend this faucet.

I used this faucet to replace my existing older American Standard widespread faucet. One of the nice features of it is Delta's Spotshield technology. After using it for a while I have to say this faucet is far more resistant to spotting than my old one. Even if you get soap and little drops of toothpaste on it, it shows the spot a lot less and is super easy to clean up. Packaging: This faucet comes in the typical thick cardboard box you see on the shelves. The faucet is packed very well and is firmly in the box. Mine was shipped to my house in it's own box wrapped in plastic and it arrived in great condition with nothing loose inside. It's padded very good as well. Installation: It comes with good instructions, all the faucet components, and a new drain so everything matches (see picture). The brushed finish is very nicely done. Everything you need except a few tools is included in the box. I found this faucet extremely easy to install because the quick connect connections mean you don't have to get pliers or wrenches way up behind the sink to tighten the hoses, they're down where it's easier to reach. All you need are some basic tools and follow the instructions. In my case, I had to make a quick trip back to Home Depot to get a couple new water lines, my old faucet had the wrong type connections and were too short. Other than that the installation went smooth following the install instructions. I love the faucet, it looks great and the handles operate very smoothly. Another great feature of this is the Worry-Free drain check that keeps objects bigger than about 1/8" from going down the drain. If you drop your ring wedding ring in the sink, it's a life saver.

I like the fact that it came with the drain as well. I installed a new vanity and needed the drain piece as well. I did have to sand down the holes in my sink for the faucet handles to fit. The sink description said it would fit this type of faucet so not sure if it was a sink issue or if the handle inserts were a little big. I was still able to make it work. It’s looks really nice and clean. It is very sturdy.

I got this bathroom faucet for a future project for a bathroom remodel . So I while cannot speak to the ease of installation the instructions seem very straight forward. Anybody with a little a bit of know how should be able to a ble to accomplish the installation. As far as fit and finish this is second to none. Just the weight of the handle and spout you know this is quality and just a bunch of cheap plastic. If this is your style . You cannot go wrong.

This faucet is made of high end material, one of the best I've ever owned. The brushed nickel matches so well with the other accessories within my bathroom, the wife absolutely loves it! Install was very simple if following directions provided. From start to finish was about 45 minutes, including removal of my existing faucet. Water pressure is good but our preference is to have a little more pressure than what it offers. Overall very pleased with Delta's Chamberlain faucet :)

Perfect replacement for an old faucet that was showing signs of wear and tear and was missing the "H" and "C" inserts. After finally finding and pricing replacement inserts I decided a new faucet was the best idea and picked this one. Easy to install, everything was in the box and it looks great!! I like Delta products and use them all over our home. Hopefully this one will last as long as the last one, over 20 years!!

DELTA CHAMBERLAIN 8 IN. WIDESPREAD 2-HANDLE BATHROOM FAUCET IN SPOTSHIELD BRUSHED NICKEL The Delta bathroom faucet is a stylish addition for your bathroom. It features a 2 handle widespread design that will fit virtually any bathroom sink. The faucet comes with easy to follow instructions, a drain strainer to prevent hair from clogging the drain and an aerator tool. Even though it is a low flow faucet, it has plenty of pressure. The handles operate very smoothly requiring only a quarter turn to go from off to full on. The faucet was very easy to install, requiring only a wrench and some plumbers putty.

The faucets have a great finish and comfortable handles. The nigher faucet is convenient but the stem to lift the drain stopper is very close in the back and was too hard to lift with the backsplash in place so we went with a Kohler pop up drain.

Too new to review. So far, they work well.

The original faucet we ordered was broken. We ordered a replacement and Home Depot customer service could not figure out how to provide a replacement in a timely fashion.
