Gasket leaks

Overall good product but integrating the mesh and the gasket is a extremely poor new feature. The gasket is supposed to deform and seal the connector but integrating the mesh in it makes it so rigid that it cannot seal properly. Hard to believe this new design passed the product qualification. Returning.

A lovely shower that doesn’t work

Ordered myself the Delta In2ition 5 spray pattern shower. Installed yesterday. There are 5 settings on the hand held; however none of them work. I can only get a few drips of water out of the middle sprouts. I wasn’t aware that slow drip was a setting. I guess I can work around that by taking the shower head off since at that point the water comes out just fine. Clearly I am not happy with this purchase and will never buy another Delta product.

Sometimes, the black pause button on the wand comes engaged from the factory. If you press it with a bit of pressure it will disengage allowing full flow for all settings.

cheaply made.

This product is cheaply made and plastic completely. Removalble head does not stay in place. It falls off at any movement or vibration. Design is very pretty to lock at but you will have to fight to keep removalble head on while you are showering.

Replaced a 7 year old In2ition

The improvements on this one are fantastic such as the handheld pause button is now a switch rather than a button!! Also the different modes such as the massage selection actually work much better and works well with the shower head on! So glad that the old one broke as this one is much better! Please note that the plumber purchased these direct from Delta rather than a big box store version.

Cheap. Poor design.

Looked everywhere online to see how to swap between hose and head. Couldn’t find it. It arrived and I realized immediately it’s unusable for me. Switch is behind shower head. My plumbing is so high I’d never reach it. The way the hose head mounts in the shower head is cheap and hardly works. Something you’re standing underneath is the last thing you want to worry about not seating, and falling. Immediately returning.

We needed a shower head with 2.5 gpm of water. This was one of the few available. It is great to have what I consider to be "normal" water pressure that feels like a shower, not a drip. I only wish there had been a wider one available to buy. So this one is great but larger would have been better.

Nice appearance upgrade from the cheaper version!

Works as well as the older $80 version of the same shower head. This one is all chrome plated with the "Lumicoat" (no gray plastic and a nicer metal hose). It swivels much smoother too. I splurged a bit as this one was over $200.

Not what I had expected from Delta. I had an older model that I paid $49.00 for about 4 years ago. I broke the connection and needed a new showered. I brought this one as an upgrade. The sprayer has a weak water flow unless you use the diverter to force water to the ring or the handheld piece. If you have both running at once it’s a weak water flow. Not at all impressed.
