The package came with the wrong finish on two of the four glass track hangers.

Will not work for us. Is not compatible with the delta shower (also purchased at Home Depot).

Product is worth its value. Packed well by the mfg. Being installed tomorrow. Delivery was unacceptable. Paid for curbside delivery. Had notes on door simply asking for the bell to be rung so I could accept. Instead, the delivery people left it laying partly in the drive and part on a snow bank during a snow storm. Also did not deliver 1 box. Home Depot service was less than helpful without significant work on my part.

although heavy, it is a easy kit to install. Need 2 to lift doors onto track. Great look and fit.

Loose towel bars result from bar inner diameter being too large when placed over glass mount arm. Fix is to place 1/2” diameter, very thin 1/16 thick o-ring between bar and arm mounts. Then I also wrapped around mount arm as much thin tape as possible and still allow bar to fit on to mount arm.

Super well built. Has all the bells and whistles and the fit and finish are amazing. Easy to put together. Instructions are perfect and all the pieces go together well. I love the soft close apparatus.

Door looks and operates fairly well. Weather stripping is relatively cheap. Caution. If you have any manufacturers defects you will have problems with returns or being compensated. Had mine professionally installed and 3 months later one door shattered in place for no apparent reason. Sent photos of original installation and the ending result as requested. They immediately blamed it on the installation. I would definitely not recommend this product simply because of poor customer service.

So a great looking door and we just installed it, so no idea how it will work. What a PIA to install. First, the side bumpers used to track the doors are terrible engineering. A simple labeling on the bumpers could solve the issue of where to mount the overhead track. doors have a soft close feature; completely unnecessary. But you have to drill EIGHT holes into the metal track and they have to be EXACT. I’m out of characters. Install SUCKS!

We ordered the matte black but two of the door roller brackets came brushed nickel instead. Just two of them. So now we have all black hardware except those two pieces.

Rubber edge piece keeps falling off

Towel handles are cheaply made and require constant tightening. They strip easily.
