I’ve had it about a month now. Worth the money. Not junky plastic, like so many others.

First of all, I am a big fan of Delta products. I completed a total gut renovation of my house 2 years ago and used many Delta faucets. However, the kitchen sink soap dispenser has been the bane of my existence! It jams repeatedly after a few pumps. I then have to pull it out, twist it back and forth to return it to working use. Today was the last straw, when it jammed and no amount of twisting made it unjam. It was when I pull it apart I found that the entire internal assembly is PLASTIC! No wonder it was repeatedly jamming. I am disappointed in Delta that they offer a product such as this. Malcolm

I purchased a ToucH20 set and this dispenser in August 2020. ToucH20 is fine, the dispenser worked normally until Winter 2023, when it developed some kind of split around the siphon. Now, soap accumulates around the base, every time I press down. I don't know expected lifetime for this product, but 2.5 years seems a bit short.

This soap dispenser was very easy to install. That is very important to me since our skills are very limited. We were replacing this dispenser and it is very nice to have it functional again.

I don’t know if is just me but I brought this kitchen soap dispenser 4 years ago and it’s broken I thought for the price it should last longer

We installed a new faucet and soap dispenser (RP50781SS). We love the look and were very happy initially. Unfortunately the soap dispenser broke after only 4 months of use due to normal course use. The piece is plastic unfortunately it did not meet our expectations in terms of durability.

After little more than a year of use, the black plastic insert on the bottom of the pump handle broke. The only way to replace it, apparently, is to by the entire soap dispenser. This is really unacceptable.

This dispenser is very hard to use compared to some Moen soap dispensers at friends' and relatives' homes. With the Moen dispenser, the part you press is taller than the spout. With the Delta, you must reach over the spout to push on the top - awkward. It's hard to do that without accidentally pushing down on the spout - which will break the connection to the pump apparatus. That is exactly what happened after a couple years by a guest in my house. Also, it often takes several pushes on the pump in order for soap to come out - maybe it doesn't very well manage typically thick hand soap? Result of the broken dispenser? Now I must purchase an entire new dispenser just to get the handle and pump part.

So I have the RP50781SS soap dispenser for my kitchen sink. Worked well for about a year and a half, then kablowey. The pump head collapsed. Unfortunately the only serviceable parts are the pump mechanism and the lock nut to hold the dispenser bottle to the sink. I am currently in search of a dealer who has the assembly available.

Bought this seven years ago with the matching pullout faucet when we redid our kitchen. Loved it and it worked great for many years. Just recently it stopped working. The pump won’t sit straight and it feels like it is going to snap and break if you try to push it down. Hoping to replace only the pump and not the whole unit. Also, can’t figure out what stainless finish we have.

Easy installation, compliments the faucet

Added this to my bathroom a couple of weeks ago. . Matches the faucet. I like not having to clutter the granite with a regular soap dispenser since the countertop isn't that big. The grandkids love it. Met my expectations.

We are a "delta family", have this kitchen faucet,and this soap dispenser is a poor design. Faucet is great. However the soap dispenser is made of plastic and broke easily. It is a piece that goes under stress to be pumped, I thought it would be made of metal. Not a good product if you have kids.

Perfect! The soap dispenser from my stainless set (from a different brand) had broken and it was hard to find a replacement that matched my set. I ordered this with trepidation, but it matches perfectly! And I like the functionality of it much better than my previous dispenser. Yay! :-)

Well worth the price. The quality is high and so is the volume of usage in my household! Strong recommendation!

Needed extra soap dispenser to fill hole in granite countertop as plate with new faucet would not work to cover hole with curved countertop. We use one for dish detergent and one for hand soap. Our old soap dispenser was inoperative plus it would not have matched the new one.

I love this! It's very pretty and works very well. I have two in my kitchen. One for hand soap and one for dishsoap.

this soap dispenser is as described. does the job and does it well. No complaints thus far.

The pump head broke off after just 6 months. And when it was installed it barely pumped soap. so i would thin the dish soap with water just so my 70 year old mother didn't sprain her wrist trying to get some soap on her hands. My metal dispenser lasted over five years. This delta dispenser came with the faucet I bought for my remodeled kitchen which parts of the faucet are plastic too. I"m wondering how long the rest of my faucet is going to last.

If you, (or a guest in your home), presses on the spout instead of the main shaft the leverage will pull the screws holding the pump body through the plastic pump head and break loose. The pump becomes inoperable. Best yet - Delta faucet will not cover the warranty because "Some one used it improperly". In reality - "Some one designed it improperly" Unhappy with Delta Faucet.

The spout needs to be lengthened. If the pot or dish is not placed directly against the side of the sink, soap is squirted on the side of the sink.

Item looks great and is easy to install. Have the feeling that it may break if depressed from the spout side.

It's light, plastic, shiny chrome, nice and works very well! One earlier reviewer thought that it doesn't spit out enough soap or lotion at one pump (about half to one tea spoon), but i thought that's just the right amount, enough, perfect size for a single hand-washing. The bottle is a little too long, for my installation, it interferes with the cold/hot water valves from the wall, but that can be fixed.

This unit has stiff pump mechanism and a spout that I would call “too short."
