Plastic parts broke

Loved the faucet set, and went for the soap dispenser even though we were not sure it would hold up. It pumps soap fine, but the black plastic part inside the handle simply broke off.

We bought this product to match another that came with the faucet. Big mistake. The top broke off drom the reat of the pump stem and its all mad of cheap plastic like material. Dont be fooled by the Delta name. We will be returning ours

We had new Cambria countertops installed and included the sink mounted soap dispenser. The dispenser can be removed from the top to make filling it easy. We are very glad we had this installed as part of the countertop installation.

This soap dispenser is not the same quality as it’s faucet counterpart. It is mostly if not all flimsy material that feels like plastic. The tubing underneath has snapped. This is second one I’ve purchased so it would match my faucet. Very disappointing from a good quality company.
