Open Box
Thiis item had been open. I dare Home Depot give a box that had previously been open. New boxes are always tight with a strong plastic. The worker and the supervisor that picked my order should be tslkee to in order to make sure this will not happen again. This is double trouble for me, returning

After opening this completely sealed product, it was discovered that the product had already been used. The aerator was used and broken. My contractor had installed the faucet when he saw that it was used. I was in desperate need of being able to use my sink so returning the product was not an option at that point. I had to reach out to Delta directly to send me a new aerator.

I can’t say much because I’ve only had it a few days. I like the look and feel of the fixture—does not feel flimsy. The plumber who installed it, had suggested I use a Delta product.

Great Product super easy to install and durable. The drain assembly is metal so it will not break easily!
