We bought a (2 yo) house with this faucet already installed in the kitchen. It worked fine for the first month, but then it started. The water flow would stop by itself, then start running again, then stop. Now, it does not respond to the touch at all, but only by pulling the sprayer down really strong. So frustrating. You are better off with a regular no-touch faucet.

My new house came with this faucet. It worked about 80% of the time for the first few months. Then it got worse. Sometimes the water would stop without any touch at all. Sometimes I would touch and then touch again to try to make it work or stop. Finally I got my husband to pull off the touch feature and it now works like a regular faucet should.

We have this installed in our brand new home. It works like it is supposed to. Great for rinsing dishes when washing them. You don’t have to waste water in order to rinse. It is also a great conversation piece. Highly recommended

Beautiful and efficient

I chose the smaller prep/bar model because the kitchen faucet was just too big for my small kitchen. The prep/bar faucet is very nice and sized just right. It fits perfect and looks grand and has the same features as its bigger brother. I am still adjusting to the minimal water flow, however, when I need hot water. Thus, I give it four stars and not five. When turn to hot, it reduces to just a trickle. I have to turn on the spray mode to get slightly more force. The cold water flow and is very strong and forceful. The installer could not make any adjustments since that's the property of the faucet. I'm in a quandary as to how to get a more forceful water flow when for hot water. Otherwise, I think this faucet is very great.

This faucet is SO easy to install. I’ve now done it twice, once at our old house and now at our currrent house. I love the clean lines of this faucet. It is also easy to push the lever to turn it on with your wrist if your hands are messy. The magnet that locks the retractable hose works very well.

Exactly what I hoped for . I hired a plumber to replace the original do to extremely tight quarters. In less than an hour the job was completed, the best $125 spent

I've had this faucet for almost 2 years now...Changed the batteries 2x so far. But after yesterday change, the touch featured stopped working...Plug unplug repeat... No dice. A faucet costing the that much should come with problems., Especially when one buys this faucet for its touch feature.

Everything I expected. The color is perfect. The height is perfect to wash pots. The water pressure & sprayer is exactly what I need.

I was worried as the shipment box arrived damaged. there was no packing to secure the enclosed box with the faucet and parts. But, after installation, it has been so easy to use.

The box was previously opened but when I got it nothing was missing. Very easy to install. Look ‘s great and works well. Good buy

Finding that the Trinsic faucet with it's looks, features, and reputable Delta quality came in two sizes was fantastic! We saw the larger version and were quite impressed however it was going to overpower the area we wanted to place it - to find a smaller version was great. Works perfectly!

Really like the design of this faucet and how easy the head is to remove and go back. It is a perfect addition to my wet bar. This faucet is one that I would recommend to anyone that wants a simple look for their bar area.

We have a lower backsplash than most, which doesn't allow for high-arc Kitchen faucet clearance. As an interior designer, I'm always recommending Delta Kitchen faucets due to the magna-tite docking system and also the customer service for any issues down the road. I was very excited to see that the bar version of the Kitchen faucet also came with the pull out feature and magna-tite system that the kitchen version has. The size is perfect.

I bought this online and for the price I was really taking a chance. For a small faucet I thought it was very expensive. When it came I was thrilled. I did a complete remodel on my bar and this faucet looks amazing. I love it it is really nice. If you are thinking about purchasing this I would certainly recommend it. You will not be sorry. Also you can't go wrong with a Delta it's the only brand my contractor will install.

Faucet came in my new home in 2014, no issues until 2 years later when it developed first a small leak in the cabinet beneath the sink, then it flooded the kitchen. There is a plastic connector than seems to have failed. In the process of trying to get warranty but regardless I now have water damage to my cabinet that surely won't be covered. Would not recommend.

This faucet is well designed with an interesting mounting approach. The main faucet body that attaches to the sink top has threading on the portion that extends below the countertop. A sturdy brass bracket threads up to the underside of the countertop. Screws thread through either side of the bracket and contact the countertop. Tightening the screws further secures the faucet. The on/off touch system involves a solenoid that plumbs-in between the water sources (hot and cold) and the sprayer head. A plastic battery box containing six batteries attaches to the solenoid and can be mounted against the wall under the sink. Touching metal portions of the faucet causes the solenoid to activate and control water flow. The faucet is very nicely finished and has smooth handle action. The instructions are good with pictures to aid the process. This is a nice kit.

After a few hiccups and replacement parts, now works wonderfully well!

Bought it for its looks, and it delivered there. However, it has a mighty spray and lots of spray lands on my wood floor! My sink is pretty big, but I mostly use the smaller size side as that is where the garbage disposal is. This faucet is really tall, with a big spray to match, so take into consideration. I ordered it, and another style in the same line (also really good quality, but more traditional look), and the bar sink size of this one, which I now think may have been a better match (btw, super easy returns -- thank you HD). But...I LOVE the look of this one, and for a marriage based on looks, it's working fine.

This faucet looks great and especially arctic stainless steel finish . We installed it in our and very happy with it. The installation was a breeze, but was done by our friend.The touch technology is great convenience and works perfectly.You need either "AA" or"C" batteries, it is really up to you. What is a big plus that you can turn it off and use it as a regular faucet. The Delta's Magna Tite pull down sprayer works flawlessly. In conclusion I would like to say that it is a very high quality faucet, but we expected nothing less from Delta.

This faucet is functional and aesthetically pleasing. I could not be happier with the overall package. First, it was easy to install. The directions are detailed and they also have good information even after installation. Second, the tapping feature comes in much more handy than you think it will. No longer do you have to worry about water dripping on your faucet and leaving water stains or having dirty hands/ hands full. Seriously, that feature will solve many of your problems. Third, it has an automatic shut off feature. After 4 minutes the faucet will shut off meaning that you don't have to worry about kids (or forgetting yourself). This item is full of features and does not disappoint.
